Very nice. I like the arrangement of it and it looks ripe for expansion.
This is actually my main (stock) fuel depot.
The Yakumo-1 fuel station. It's small and designed to be portable and easily carted across the Kerbol system. In previous campaigns I've just sort of stuck them all over the place. As you can see it's a relatively simple design which has a big orange fuel tank (suitable for just about any ship intended to operate in the Kerbin/Mun/Minmus system), RCS, and a Crew Can which holds supplies and emergency life support.
In my current campaign, however, I'm relying on mostly mobile resupply rockets instead, since operations are taking place mainly interplanetary.
What are the technical specifications of your station, Tantalus?
Its meant to be just an orbital refueling station, but I plan to add things such as escape pods, communication arrays, and, habitation modules to make it a full station, took me forever to get that fuel stage up though, havent done a single docking before but I did well with it.
I sure do play KSP now and then. That screenshot is from my current career mode save, taken a few minutes ago just after I'd merged two generations of space stations at the middle to create that abomination, which I'm still not entirely sure what to do with. Since I've kept two upper launch stages from the construction process, I suppose I could technically use it for an interplanetary mission or two if I send up some more fuel, but that would be a waste of 14+ perfectly good docking ports.
Next step: Adding a mass relay. I'm sure I can find an "useful" application for it somehow.
PS: I can at least use it for giving those RCS-powered crew return vehicles a push in the right direction when I need them. Turns out that they won't work too well, as I used most of the fuel in them for just docking the entire crew escape/return module (below the module with the extended solar panels) to the station. Should have used some sepatrons instead, I suppose.
Update on the ESS, I added a new section which features a comms relay, 4 jr. docks, and two docks, on one of the docks is a space tug for tugging things, and on all of the 4 jrs. are escape pods, because knowing who I am, the kerbals need these pods.

Sadly he could not do a video on Disco.
And I sort of call BS on that one.
