There are papaver somniferum growing in a park a few blocks from my place but I don't touch it because children play there and I do not want to expose them.

Children, watch and lear. It is important not to cut too deep, see? Then this wonderful thing would flow on the inside and be lost.

Anyhow, it's terrible how populated this world is. Anywhere you look...people. Hiking, poking their noses into everything. But not just gardening. I made a sling once and went in a forest to try it out with some pebbles. I ended up almost killing a guy that was picking mushrooms behind a bush. Even the most desolate places are not safe. Sad, isn't it?
