That's SAS original logo:

So I took few elements, for "somehow badass shady and SpecOps looking". But, I'm not happy how badass it looks when done by me. I'd suggest others take look at SAS logo before wandering in darkness of wrong ideas. No shady badass like SAS. I'd like to see some simple and serious design here.
