If thats a bad thing then I'm sorry, but, ships are fun, we like ships =P
... as long as none of them have beards, are imports, or suck a fat one in the throat
*looks at current (v4.84) BHG Ship-line* (which btw are starwars imports.)

Do not be so vulgar and simple minded, the BHG shipline has been replaced with homegrown models in 4.85.
Quote:Simply put the order does not have time for 'style'. They have a job to do.
I disagree. The order uses the best equipment, state of the art tech that few other factions have access to, and has some of the best pilots and crews of any organization in the game - very well trained and efficient.
Rather than producing our ships in bulk, the order relies on smaller fleets that are more skilled and more versatile. We dont mass produce ships because we dont have enough pilots to fly that many of them - instead, we get the best pilots possible and give them the best equipment possible so that we dont lose them as quickly as some other factions would.
Every ship the order builds is valuable, which is one of the reasons I particularly hate seeing indy order osirises strolling around new york all the time -_-
Style I think is secondary to the Order as a whole.
Good luck getting a designer to not try and make his creation even a little bit stylish. Each ship has to be well made, and capable of handling multiple situations ontop of its assigned role.
Which is why I think Tenny is right about the assumed value of each ship. There are fleet costs we don't even take into account for our RP.
Bottom line though, the concept in general is good but the design is flawed in its nature. Keep trying, always. You're get it eventually.
