Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter President White.
The Rheinland government is glad that the situation around the gate is finally solved and the connection towards GMG and Kusari space is restored for both trading and military purposes.
Regarding your request, laws were updated already and the Bundespolizei was informed and updated the Restricted Cargo Licensing Registry accordingly as well.
We are grateful for this small change. As from previous discussions, we will attempt to open up Nuclear Devices to ALG Waste Disposal as per our investigation and review, their product security is satisfying. If such direction is successful, we are hopeful that Universal Shipping can be added to current roster of corporations allowed to ship Whiteboxes

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter President White.
The Rheinland government is glad to hear that you try to lobby in favour of our corporation. However, it seems that two months passed and nothing has changed so far. Thus we decided to contact the government of Liberty ourself to open negotiations about the issue of permission for Rheinland corporations to transport nuclear devices in Liberty. But your connections can still be very helpful. Especially considering that the Universal Shipping contacted us recently with inquiry about possibility of getting right to transport Ageira White Boxes in Rheinland and we described them that we are ready to open this issue during negotiations about rights for transportation of nuclear devices. Your two corporations will have great opportunity to cooperate and use connections of both of you to convince your government that agreement which allowed corporations from -both houses- acquiring new contracts is the best way to go. And in the end, all parties involved will get what they desire.
The steps towards adding ALG onto permitted shippers have been started six weeks ago. But from the looks of it, your stunt to ignore our requests to add Universal Shipping as it is supposed to be, raised some concerns over your forceful politically-infused economic "sanction" in order to hold leverage rather than accepting it in good faith to allow a more open approach to how your government is viewed by Liberty representatives.
You highly disappointed us with such stubborn decision but in the end, it's counter-productive for your own side. DSE shippers are rare and Ageira's have little to zero motivation to deliver Parts into Rheinland. The only question is, when will the next breakdown happen to open your eyes to bigger picture beyond your political reservations to allow major shipping power such as Universal Shipping a proper and self-explanatory permission to carry out their prime role in delivering parts to sustain your network in your house for your citizens that you so carefully want to protect from basic knowledge that proprietary exclusivity is insignificant when you are able to use those products for every-day-faster-than-light-travel.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter President White.
It seems from your words that there is still strange attitude in Liberty that Rheinland is expected to do -everything- what is asked from its government from across the border, and only then maybe there will be willingness to hear our proposals too. Our relations cannot work this way, Herr President White. We fulfilled majority of your demands when we restricted your products and gave rights for its transportation not only to your corporation, but to Deep Space Engineering as well. And now, when we ask for something in exchange for fulfilling your demands completely, it raises concerns? We showed more than enough gut faith, now it is time for the other side to show it too. Rheinland displayed gut will and intention to cooperate by making first steps, but Bundestag representatives are not willing to continue if we will be the only party walking. The relations between our two houses are supposed to be mutually equal, not one sided.
Now regarding the problem you mentioned. If there is not enough shippers for your products, our offer to help you with this by involving Rheinland corporations in their transportation to the Bundesrepublik, which we mentioned before, still stands. It is up to you if you want to use it or not. But if you refuse the solution of lack of transportation capacities, do not expect from us to accept this reason as excuse in case of any problems. You know about the issue and there is solution for it, even if you may not like it.
Or you can just simply use your connections, help us in the issue of rights for Rheinland corporations for transportation of nuclear devices in Liberty and once there will be acceptable agreement, we will have no problem to grant license for transportation of Ageira White Boxes in the Bundesrepublik to the Universal Shipping.
I will just repeat that there is a way how to make all parties involved satisfied and get what they desire. And it is not really that much difficult, all we want is just equality between our two houses, but for some reason you keep acting like we have inappropriate demands despite the Bundesrepublik was the side who fulfilled majority of your demands while hearing no to almost all its proposals so far.
Like I said, there is a line which we will not cross unless both sides will be walking, so now we are waiting for move of your republic.
It has been done. As discussed, we used our limited influence in order to put ALG Waste Disposal as permitted shippers for Nuclear Devices. We hope to see this legislation to be kindly repaid in similar fashion by allowing Universal Shipping to ship Ageira White Boxes within Rheinland.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter President White.
Danke for the information. Matter of Universal Shipping and Ageira White Boxes will be brought to discussion again.
We are eager to hear the results of your discussions as Bering falling to a terrorist cell that has infested borders and is targeting our ships while Hudson being mostly abandoned by both houses and with new armed conflict we estimate that it will be harder and harder to provide appropriate services just by Ageira and DSE. We urge you to be haste and finally uphold your end of the bargain as Universal Shipping has more shipping power than two of our corporations combined.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter President White.
I apologize for the delay, but it turned out the issue is more problematic than expected. The whole matter was discussed by the Rheinland government again, but after the preliminary consultation with the parties in the Bundestag, it turned out it is getting...complicated. While the government is glad that the ALG was allowed to transport nuclear devices in Liberty, the majority of the Bundestag representatives are not happy with the possible final form of the deal between our two houses. They do not like fact that Libertonian side should get rights to transport very specialized cargo - in your case Ageira White Boxes - in the Rheinland for main manufacturer - Ageira Technologies, the dominant cargo handler - Deep Space Engineering and the main national shipper - Universal Shipping, while Rheinland should get rights to transport very specialized cargo - in our case nuclear devices - in Liberty only for one corporation, and not even the main manufacturer, just dominant cargo handler.
On top of that, situation got even worse when some representatives found out that while Rheinland corporations are kept from possibility to transport Ageira White Boxes at least in the Rheinland space, their Kusari counterparts are allowed to do that in the Empire, at least according to the publicly available legal codex. Words like "unprecedented double standards" or even "humiliation of the Rheinland corporations" were used in comments regarding this issue.
Thus, majority of the Bundestag representatives now condition approval of rights for the USI by reaching mutual fully equal deal in which the rights to transport very specialized cargo is given to the main manufacturer, the dominant cargo handler and main national shipper from both houses, what means that apart from the ALG, the Rheinland government is expected to obtain rights for transportation of nuclear devices in Liberty also for the Kruger Mineralien as the main manufacturer and sort of equivalent of the Ageira, and the Republican Shipping as the main national shipper and equivalent of the USI. We try to negotiate about this with the Liberty government, maybe your people in it even know about it, but unfortunately it seems that these talks do not have high priority because the pace is quite slow.
So, to conclude my message, I want to stress out that the Rheinland is still willing and ready to give requested transportation rights for Ageira White Boxes to the USI. The government is in favour of it, but its hands got tied and there are conditions which must be met. In the current situation, it is not possible to convince the majority of the Bundestag representatives that we should settle for an unequal agreement. It would be harmful both politically and for the public image. We hope, however, that the equal deal is possible. We are not asking that much in our opinion, just equality in the business relations between the two neighbours. If there is any way the Ageira Technologies, possibly together with Universal Shipping, can help, it would be appreciated. After all, there are no losses from the equal deal for you, just gains, because with one more shipper, it will be easier for you to have your products delivered to Rheinland, especially under current circumstances you mentioned when your ships are targetted on the borders.
There is no equality out here. It is our proprietary product that is highly restricted to the three partnered corporations of Liberty. Anyone found shipping it without authorization, be it Interspace, Kishiro, Gateway or even Republican would have it confiscated by us. You talk about fairness, while you have suppressed the right for Universal Shipping to carry out their role in maintaining your Network just to gain political leverage to pressure us. You talk about gains, but so far Universal Shipping only lost.
In the end, it will be your own house falling apart when the Lanes and Gates you were so eager to nationalize illegally will start crumbling because I will not be sending any of Ageira ships out to your house with those spare parts.
Even further, we regret our involvement with ALG being added as permitted shippers and might be looking to remedy this mistake of ours if situation about OUR proprietary product does not change in your house.
