Agent 'Siren'
Lapse
Angelina.
Alive and well, caught between assignments and my duties to Liberty.
I've found it astoundingly difficult to question my fellow agents about holding off on attacking the Xenos on first sight, so it will take me time to gather answers. But worse, providing a list as such may give up agents you are not even aware of, so that raises a number of concerns for myself and my organization.
I wish to continue with the offer, but giving you a proper list of who and who not to trust is not viable, especially since their perceptions may wildly vary from mine.
So this does leave us in a strange situation. Forge ahead through the risks, or call it off until a better time arises? I'm not afraid of risks, especially as insignificant as they currently are.

Alright, Siren.
Let me be clear once again. Do you want to have more power within your organization? Probably. Have you ever considered that we, the Xeno Alliance, may help you to achieve exactly that? All you need to is to simply give us a list of those who you would really like to protect. People who are close to you. People who you trust. People who you think of that they might support your ideas, views and thoughts.
You will give us that list and I - and Cobra as well - will make sure that those people will never. Never be touched by our people and ideally not by independent Xenos as well, but that, of course, we cannot guarantee you.
Hand us over the list of exactly those people and we will make sure that they are not touched and eventually even supported if required. Yet, I will also promise you, that we will not go easy on anyone who you have not mentioned.
In short. Give us that list and protect your people. Your people, not all those agents who are around in the entire LSF, but only yours.
Otherwise it might happen that we will shoot down the wrong agents, right? Both of us do not want that to happen. Instead of risking to lose them, gather them around you. Work as a unit. If our cooperation is successful, you see, people might start to get a better opinion about you. Giving you recognition. And we will never tell them anything about you or anyone else. It will become and stay an internal thing within the Alliance.
Think about it. Send us the list and protect them. Or watch how them being shot down because we cannot take chances anymore.
We started to grow trust to each other. Now we shall start to get further and further back to distance? No. I don't think so. You got my word, and it is written down, even. Almost as if it was a contract, no? You got my word that no one will now about that list and the word for that, that those agents will not be touched, except for self-defense.

Risk
I suppose I will take the risk, and give you the names of agents you could, at least, expect to not fire upon you simply for existing, as long as the circumstances allow it. In defense of Liberty forces, we are still obligated to defend our allies.
First and foremost, myself.
Senior Agent Ferocity is the next. Ferocity commands the Fidelity, our Osiris battleship asset, as well as the battlegroup the Fidelity leads.
Caladrius has said to be remaining distant from both the Xenos and my deal related to you, so possibly a wildcard.
Lastly, Agent Renegade has had a lengthy service career with Liberty, and while I have not spoken to them personally, I imagine they will be willing to offer some leniency for the good of Liberty.
Anyone else is to be considered aggressive towards your organization until I've told you otherwise, and while they may engage you, I would still appreciate any attempts at avoiding confrontation if the situation allows you to part ways peacefully. Reserve agents not acting directly under the primary forces of the Liberty Security Force are beyond our absolute control, and I suggest due diligence in their presence.
If this is sufficient so far, I imagine our next step would be an operation, either with your new strike force acting independently, or the Liberty Security Force and the Xeno Alliance striking a mutual enemy together.
Of course, I am open to suggestions if you had another idea.
And power is not my primary motivation or concern, Angelina. I want what's best for Liberty, not myself.
See. Our relationship is growing already, my dear.
Just to assure you that I will memorize those names - agents - I will list them up once more. That way you may also check whether you forgot someone or not. Here we go:
Agent Siren
Agent Ferocity
Agent Caladrius
Agent Renegade
I expect you to keep me updated with the stance of those persons towards our cooperation and the Xeno Alliance. Furthermore, I will take some time to get those names to public among our people. Expect those agents to be safe unless they do anything stupid.
We will not ignore all the other LSF-operatives, but at least not take the first step towards aggression. Except for those who always intent to terminate our pilots, of course, like this agent Bobcat, if I remember correctly.
Also, we will never strike together with the LSF, but always independently. That, of course, is only to be sure that we will not get into further inconveniences like, let's say, some other LSF agents do not like that you collaborate with Xenos and therefore report you. Eventually that would split the LSf into two camps. Never underestimate unity within an organization. No. That is a risk that I am not willed to take, even though it is concerning your people, not mine. We will strike, but not with you or your colleagues being close.
Also. One last thing that is less related to our deal than to your personality. Rethink if power really is only secondary or tertiary even. Without power there are no opportunities to do a lot. But if you got both, power and opportunities, you could move mountains. Instead of being an agent who fights sole pirates you could become someone bigger. Maybe even someone who decides for an entire organization someday.

Unity
I can understand not flying with our agents, and even without our colors, I can see the issues it could potentially cause. That said, I personally have no issue with it, and to that end, I have a suggestion.
Flying one of your new strike craft alongside your people. Your ship, your rules, all the while flying your colors.
Like that, there's nothing connecting us working together. For obvious reasons I'll have to refrain from showing my face and attacking Liberty forces, but I feel like I have a few skills to offer and show your people, as well as having a thing or two to learn myself.
And as I said, power is not an interest of mine. If I am in the right, and I prove my value to Liberty, it will come along naturally.
This is a tempting offer but I am afraid I have to decline. The risk of you or other of your operatives being caught, revealed and punished is simply too huge.
Imagine you would be flying under our colors and Liberty forces are to chase us - including you. Imagine this would be an inconvenience which is really unlike but not impossible and if it happens, would you be willed to reveal yourself to make them leave? Would you just run away - no words spoken? Would you eventually open fire if there is no other opportunity? Would you let them catch you? Would you...
There will always be risks connected to our agreement and there is no reason to endanger it further. Even though I would appreciate if you were to fly among our people and maybe even have normal talks, so you might be convinced that we are just normal people like you and your neighbors and all the people around you, only with different views and methods. Ask yourself. Would you be willed to risk your life to save one of ours? That is what out there happens all the time and which always has to be considered.
We will fly the assignments which you give over to our organization, but you will not be involved. Neither directly, nor indirectly after we got your message. Maybe one day, if this entire agreement will be as successful as the both of us hope, you will have the chance to even walk through the halls of what we call our homes. And that might only be the beginning, but first of all, this relationship must grow and survive in a long-term.

Subject: An Offer
Agent Siren.
It's been a while since the last transmission.
First, I hope you got into 827 without any major troubles, and if that's not the case, that you will resolve these issues soon.
Let's just say, we're still waiting for your call. The Xenos are growing. The ships are ready. The guns are hot. You see, new years eve didn't change everything but just a couple minor, irrelevant things. Don't mind them.
The main reason for this transmission however is that we have another offer for you. For the LSF.
We got our hands on a selection of artifacts and are willed to hand them over. All we request for that is just a fund. View it like a symbol of trustgrowth between the two of our organizations.

Senior Agent 'Siren'
An Offer
Angelina.
A new year, new responsibilities, and a new set of problems. I was advanced to Senior Agent at the end of the year, which brings privilege as well as duties, so I must apologize for the total silence since our last exchange.
Liberty's attention has been turned towards our neighbors once again, and I'm certain you know of Bretonia's little post-war war. It's something Liberty does not want to be dragged into, and the effort to gather as much information as possible has kept a majority of TacOps abroad, including myself. But that's not what you're here for today.
Your offer could not have been timed better, as there's been a resurgence in interest in the Omicrons as well. Artifacts pass through Liberty time to time, and they're generally confiscated before they hit the markets. Often enough, it's all mundane material from a corpse of a dead civilization with no true scientific value. If you've a stock of artifact material that's just the stones and soil of a ruin on Crete or something similar of that region of the Omicrons, I don't think I could offer much in return in forms of funding.
However, if you've somehow stumbled across a proper stockpile of choice artifacts, the ones that very well could have information gleaned from them, you may find a considerable sum of credits headed in your direction. A scan with relatively modern surveying equipment will give you a lot of information on what you have, and the results of which would help us both decide on a suitable reward.

Senior Agent Siren.
That doesn't sound too bad. My congratulations on the promotion.
I have heard news about Bretonia indeed, but I couldn't say I'd care about it. And as long as Liberty keeps out of it, that's none of our business anyway. Just make sure we won't see any of those tea-addicts flying around our systems. And ideally you do your best to make sure, Liberty won't be weakend due to foreign conflicts. Or dragged to any foreign wars, but I know. You're not a politician. You're just a senior agent with a slight degree of influence on how things may develop, what could you already do, right? Well, whatever. That's not the matter here.
Very well. Let me try to be a little more precise about the offer.
The selection, which I mentioned earlier, consists of some sort of Xeno Relics, I believe. You see, I'm not a specialist myself and my interest for those is about as distinct as for Bretonian conflicts. The thing is, that I'm really convinced that they will be of a bigger use for you - the LSF - than they could ever be for us. And as I already told you, at the very least it will be a sign of trustgrowth nonetheless.
Just throw me the call and I'll make sure that a transport will be organized and sent. When you got your hands on them, your people may analyze and evaluate them. Then, if they're of value, you pay us. If they're trash, you simply don't. Either way I expect information about the load when your people had their looks at it, just so we know whether it was valuable or not. And maybe, if the dear senior agent who I'm talking to is openly minded about our relationship, only a slightly deeper insight of the matter.
This time I'm looking forward to your response, and thank you for the compliment. Don't enjoy the view too much, though. People might become skeptical if you start drooling all over your workplace.
