The Commodore is standing at the bridge of his Gunboat, LNS-Discipline, recognizable by the tighter setup compared to his Ulysses
Esteemed Admiralty,
I can confirm I recieved and agree with the terms of the pause on RECOIL Ops, including Operation "A*** R***". All RECOIL craft are already stationed at "the dark spot" and ready to be sprung into action when activity is resumed. To be fair, I've been loaded with paperwork myself lately , something I wish to even discuss with RADM Van Leer soon, as our newly-appointed divisions can benefit A LOT from each other...
The Commodore pauses, drinks a glass of water. His uniform is uncomfortable, he prefers his normal, martial arts training, clothes. But he carries on.
I also will do my very best and then some to be at the event FADM Creed set up for us, but that's not the mais topic of my message. I am pleased to inform that unnofficial talks have been initiated by me with the administrators of a base in Cortez called 14BIS, after I noticed an IFF error resulting in their automated defenses being hostile to us despite their being a lawful, registered, base within Liberty borders. It is confirmed that they are willing to provide us docking rights should we do the proper official communication setting up terms. I recommend offering security and assistance should they be attacked and I suppose the bases's location in the Paloma Ice Cloud is very strategic to the efforts of the 46th and Liberty itself.
I just need to be informed if I can compose and send the proper official comms or if it's a matter for HC to handle. If you do it yourselves, I can give detailed records of any previous discussion.
I'm confident in your leadership and our combined powers to help bring stability to the region.
FROM: Rear Admiral Blake Wayne Van Leer TO: Commodore Romeo Darkbeat CC: FADM James Creed SUBJECT: New Friends
Permission granted to proceed with negotiations on behalf of 46th, unless The Fleet Admiral objects. Not only due to recent events it is clear we require secured presence, bases of operation and knowledge of Non-Core liberty systems before we commit larger presence to them.
A MESSAGE TO THE FLEET FROM THE REAR ADMIRAL We fight and we learn.
I hereby want to commend all officers present for their bravery in Vespucci, including The Fleet Admiral for leading us head-first into an unexpectedly challenging battle.
Your fortitude will not go unrecognised!
Rest assured I will do my best to work towards improved intel gathering and fleet coordination protocols, so you all can focus on what you do best - Keeping Liberty Safe.
Topic of Communication : Vespucci Investigation Raid
Recipient of communication:All Operatives / High Command
Greetings Everyone,
Fleet Admiral Creed here once again,
I need to inform you all of the extensive damage to the flagship Argonaute.
The damage sustained in the Investigation Raid on Vespucci was a little underplanned to say the least.
After we had gathered evidence from a [REDACTED] mission which succesfully investigated that Insurgence were very much active in this system we decided to Investigate further by initiating a large force of vessels to enter Vesspuci just to see whether we could gather more information.
But as we found out there was an element of hostiles there that made it clear we were not welcome at all.
The 46th vessels involved were backed up by some Secondary Navy vessels aswell as a couple of Freelance vessels who somehow were caught up in our Jump to the system.
The battle that commenced did not go well and as stated in a report from Admiral Van Leer we were not prepered enough for this encounter and suffered critical damage to all ships including the Argonaute.
She will be out of action for several weeks with engineers working round the clock at Juneau Shipyard to get her back into shape which would normally be done at Washington Shipyard, but there are more vessels there being repaired also.
So for our event on [REDACTED] we will have to replace Argonaute with the next best thing and that is my Interdictor Bounty which is more than capable of handling the situation.
Once Argonaute is repaired she will be getting a full weapons refit and testing on these weapons will be done immediately once she is able to fly.
I hope also to see plenty of 46th officers at our little shindig that is arranged on [REDACTED] and also their families and friends that are invited too.
My excitement for this [REDACTED] is overwhelming and I hope it all goes smoothly.

Greetings Everyone,
Fleet Admiral Creed here once again,
As everyone is aware the [REDACTED] event of ours will take place this weekend and is all running according to plan.
I am making this announcement regarding our Recoil program and would like all Recoil operatives to report back to their duties as soon as possible after the weekend.
As some of you may not be aware we have promoted another two operatives....
Romeo Darkbeat has now been invited as Rear Admiral Lower Half and is now part of the high commad system which I am sure he will excel at his new position seeing as he has been an outstanding operative so far.
Also Kaye Brutus who has not been with us long but again has shown great potential and has been outstanding in combat and has now been promoted to the role Lieutenant.
Much deserved promotions and I hope your careers take you much further in our organisation.
Creed out.......

Greetings Everyone,
Since my last communication there has been some backbreaking work and incredible hours put in by Juneau Shipyard to get the repairs done to Argonaute as soon as humanly possible.
And I am pleased to announce that the repairs have gone really well and the engineers have jumped through hoops to get most of the repairs done.
I will not divulge how much repairs there is needed to do, but she will be present for our little shindig we have planned and she is ready just in time.
My thanks goes out to all the engineers involved and their hard work and I will be commending them all to their superior officer.
So gents we will see Argonaute back into service quicker than planned.

Topic of Communication : 46th Annual Award Evening
Recipient of communication:All Operatives / High Command
Greetings Everyone,
The 46th Strike Force would like to extend our thanks to OS&C for their brilliant facilities aboard the Sanguine_Garden and also my thanks go out to the 46th operatives who attended with their families who were all safely aboard the Sanguine_Gardens.
Once the party was in full swing ... unfortunately ... some hostile Solomon K'Hara decided to raid New York and we decided to face them head on.
Also we had help from some other individuals who offered their services for Liberty.
Excellent night regarding the awards ceremony and also excellent fleet commanding from Admiral Van Leer with which I handed the reigns to when the attack started and everyone performed impecibly well and it was unfortunate that Argonaute suffered severe damage once more and has had to be put into Norfolk for repairs.
Well done everyone
Creed out .........

Greetings Everyone,
Today I have received classification that Salt Lake Station is now the 46th Headquarters and we are able to move in immediately and make good use of this base for the purposes of moving our organisation forward.
All operatives will now need to vacate our temporary office facilities at Norfolk Shipyard and only the Engineers responsible for supplying ships will be needed to stay there.
Operatives are now allowed to also purchase civilian tech vessels if they so wish to be able to complete their tasks in hand and we also would stress that no illegal technology is to be fitted to these ships in any way.
If you require specialised weaponry make sure it is compatible and also available within Liberty and also within the Law.
Salt Lake is in early stages of takeover so we will have to do the moves gradually and once we are settled in then we will be able to open our operations room and other facilities aboard once there has been a slight refit of the existing facilities.
May I also reach out to all operatives and ask if you can come up with any ideas for the base usage and also operationasl status so we can make this work well and be organised.
So for now.....

Greetings Everyone,
Our Recoil protocol vessels will now be re introduced into the Omicron NU system and will be patrolling again and will be carrying on their work as usual with immediate effect.
This means that we can push forward now and initiate the protocols that were put on hold until now.
That will be all,

Greetings Everyone,
This communication has been long in coming, and I am proud to announce we are establishing a refit team to improve Salt Lake Station.
Along with the everyday running of Salt Lake we are going to be getting a refit of immense proportion and magnitude, meaning that some everyday running of the base will be interupted and disrupted as little as possible if we can.
All Vessels will continue to be moored at Salt Lake initially and will gradually be moved to various locations once Level 5 is in the process of the refit.
This refit includes a rehabilitaion area for injured operatives to be treated and fully recovered, also five brand new Simulator stations will be installed for pilot training and improvement.
A fully fitted brand new state of the art Gym will be built alongside a new locker room for Female and Male operatives and there will be other improvements added as we go along with the refit.
One of the main improvements will be the recoil training facility and special facility to improve operatives protocols and mission initiatives.
All of these improvements will be done in stages and we will be improving things as much as possible and as quickly as possible.
So during the refit I need High Command members to be present at certain times to oversee the refit and also the members who are in charge of a certain initiative must give their feedback to the refit experts that we have doing the work.
So for now everyone please be patient and we will try to make this transition as easy as possible and with as little disruption as possible.
