We need dynamic interaction between staff and members, dungeon masters to interact with the world. Give out objectives. Little quests add conflict. Give people a chance to actually feel a bit immersed with their role.

I had a non-RP encounter with Entity a while back and while I never physically saw the character, they were spawning in Rogue NPC's around New York. The system was otherwise really quiet with the exception of myself and a few LSF guys that were roaming around, which led to iRP calling for backup and was a nice RP opportunity, not to mention some fun fireworks.

They together logged enough time to sustain 54(!) OFs
yeah trading/station idle RP/pve zones are great for activity
