Noted. As an aside please be aware of the operations of Bristol Constructions based out of Veracruz Munitions. They are a cooperative considered to be in good standing with the Alliance and are trusted partners in ensuring infrastructural development in the independent worlds.
They may even prove useful to your current supply situation given their current status of legality in the Houses. Regardless, I have conveyed to them that they should steer clear of the graveyards and so I would ask that you leave their operations confined to that station alone.
I'll keep you updated regarding this upstart Freeport.

They intend to use the base as a storage depot. A rest stop on journeys deeper into the independent worlds. Given their operations in multiple other systems that are either backwaters, or lawless frontiers, I don't find this surprising.

You're correct, they are a construction company structured as a cooperative. That is the operative word, however. Construction - not salvage.
In my personal experience their presence alone drives out all the small-time scrappers, such as Junkers and overly curious freelancers. Better still, their inherent resourcefulness and expertise in fabrication could serve to help you fortify against any attempt to undermine your custodianship over Veracruz and the graveyards.
This is your home. What's left of it may not be much but I'll make sure they're aware of this fact. I still remember what the Commonwealth tried to do with DSE, and the fact that we were just as angry as you were. The LFR will never make those mistakes.
Consider what I said about making use of their expertise. Never hurts to be prepared.

It seems the jump network, fickle as ever, decided to shift once more. One of the jumpholes in Inverness realigned into your backyard. It's been a while since I last passed through Ontario, so I decided to have a look.
I don't think I recall ever seeing a Nomad there, let alone an entire gaggle of the sort that jumped me the moment I came in.
If anyone had an answer about what this is then life would potentially be a lot easier right now. But whatever it is, it "woke up" recently and sent out a hyperspace pulse so harsh it fried most long-range comms in the system. People two systems over probably felt it too. That's our working theory for why the Nomads and Technocrats are here.

Now that's interesting. I'll ask around. I doubt anyone will know, but it never hurts. Ontario is a bit outside our usual playground, so that's about all I can offer you for now.
I do hope you have the Order on speed dial for this.
They've intensified efforts to terraform Atka, going so far as to employ new technology. I think a somewhat united response to this is necessary.
We kill enough of them to force a withdrawal of assets, citing dangerous conditions as a convenient excuse. While this presents an obvious risk in the form of a second Hudson campaign, there's an inherent benefit in further dividing Liberty's focus across multiple fronts.
I would appreciate if the Sect and Guard took the lead on this, as Atka doesn't concern the Cohort, and the other Gaian group don't appear to be drawn from a scholarly demographic.
