They're people too, and often times screenshots can have chatboxes carefully scrolled to only show what the submitter wants them to see. If that's all the evidence they have to go on, then they're faced with either acting on what could only be half of the story or not acting at all.
This can be mistaken for bias, which it is not.
Important things to remember people. The admins are people too. Give them breaks eh? (I'm not talking to you Rudo, but to many who are accusing the admins of bias and all sorts of ice-cream stealing.)
I suspect more often than not, they have less information than is required to do a "fair" and "Just" ruling. But then why are we looking at the admins to be our judges anyway? Can we not judge ourselves? Obviously not.
The actual ACT of accusing someone of bias, to my mind, shows a lack of maturity. Or to put it another way, the "accusers" haven't yet let go of something bitter, or have not seen enough in life, or have not grown up enough. (Just remembering some of my own interactions with the admins :\. Geez, I'm sorry guys.:D)
(Edit: sorry bad habit of not clicking the preview then something else occurs to me. I've added stuff since viewing it.)
