Yea the main problem Nightfall is that what ever they do might reflect on our reputation even if it is within the rules, for example they all decide to be pirates and start to pirate newer players the newer players will think that we are also pirates and will not come near us which is rather bad for recruitment reasons.

But I will trust your judgement I guess.

Technically they cannot make their 'SF' faction here until Admins approve. And personally I don't think they will approve until the tag is changed. Heck, it could be [S.F] or [SF.*] something like that.

BTW, of course they are pvp whores. No offense, but counterstike is nothing but that. The game has no RP and is just about killing, killing, and more killing.

Well, as stated the problem is that with their current tags newer players will mistake them for members of the SF and their actions will reflect on us one way or the other, and that has to be dealt with.

If they refuse to remove the tag, then suggest simply changing the tag for them, to like *S*F*, they complain then easy to tell them "tuff luck we gave you lots of warning and time to fix it yourselves, you didn't, so we did". I'll pay the NCC charges if need be but I won't have them affect our rep.

Bounty is dropped upon admin request. But this needs to dealt with, and I highly suggest doing it sooner to save the admins work in having to fix the tags for the rest of this group that's joining.

There's no need for you to pay for name changes. I tried over a week ago tell this Sirus person that there was already a group called the SF but he ignored me.

The only option is for them to change their name. And i don't think S*F* or anything like that is good enough, it should be clearly differant (completley differant letters)
