' Wrote::unsure:So my faction needs to come from Sirius and I shall first message all factions in my brackets?

In simple terms, yes. You don't need to poke everyone about diplomacy, normally just people you're putting on friendly. I think it's fine to start out neutral to people, but once you start doing stuff the contracts you take will color your reputation and may cause others to go hostile to you.

The reason you need to come from Sirius is because the SCRA didn't build a sleeper ship. They originated with the saboteurs you mentioned, if I recall correctly. It's also incredibly unlikely that a squadron would have survived when the SCRA was formed without input from the Coalition back in Sol (because everyone back there was dead, but the SCRA didn't and still don't know that) and thus without the Coalition military. It's also unlikely that a space superiority fighter pilot would be used as a spy, meaning that chances are all but the most famous squadrons died out memory and all when the sleeper ships left, and even the famous ones were forgotten within a few generations. Anyone remember the Gibraltar Brigade by name? No? Didn't think so.

The shiplist, while somewhat large, is legit. You haven't gone for anything that screams an allegiance, though I might suggest asking the IMG what they think of you using the Charon (asking OOC, I mean) depending on what jobs you intend to take. Shooting up miners in an IMG ship is not going to go over well, for instance. Well, maybe. Depends on which miners.

Oh, and I assume you'll be using codename weapons as well, because you'd need to be PvP gods to kill your targets with just Flashpoints.

Once you get your origins settled, I've a rather important question for you.

What will be your strategy on taking jobs?

Will you go only for people no one will miss, or will you pick a few people that you can take more serious jobs against? Or will you go farther, like the Mandalorians have, and get attached to a "side" of some of Sirius's larger conflicts?

I'm glad I finally find someone that can help me...
Well,to answer to your questions first...

Yes,I'm aware of this and this is what I planed to start.

Yes,I wanted to use codenames and I would also like to have our own armoury where members can borrow some equipement.

I was thinking first to start as an small group of mercenary fulfilling easy jobs and bounty contracts and then, when the people will know about us,probabily attaching to a house or important faction.

I hope until tomorrow I'll come up with a more detailed and researched story.
