Well, I pirated in Rheinland yesterday with my Corsair. Were with a buddy in Sigma 13, we wanted to go back to Omega 7. The easiest way was through Rheinland. And well, we met with two freighters out there. Easy money:)And by the way, if you stay longer in Rheinland, you can have way more bases. You dont have to be hostile towards Bundschuh and Unioners if you regulary bribe them (you will have to, as they are allies to the Hessians)

Yes, you can bribe hessians and land on their bases, too. That doesn't mean that it is actually acceptable RP. I recommend you stop landing on your arch enemies allies' bases asap. It will get you into trouble. And I'm not talking about in-game consequences.
Neutrality does not mean safety in certain situations that is for sure.
I think that unlawful factions need to draft out better relations with each other because things are bit blurry.
No Rheinland faction would appreciate Corsair pirating there.
Unlawfuls that are neutral to Corsairs wouldn't allow it because that's their job.
Others are just hostile to Corsairs, while Junkers should accept them with unease. Just because someone is neutral that doesn't mean you can waltz over his territory and expect kind words of greetings. That's not how things go

I dont talk about Hessians. They are our Enemy. LWB too. You cant land on their bases as much as you want (RP Wise. You can do alot of crap if you dont care about RP...). But if you take something about Allies, there are some other points preventing that. For Example, the GC can land on Interspace Bases. But their allies are mortal enemys to them. So in your logic I should avoid IC because they have allies with whom I am in war.... unlikely.
EDIT: Of course it can mean RP-Trouble, if I start from their bases and 2 hessians look into my face. The Bundschuh and Unioners will likely take their sides, so I get mashed a bit and have to pay lots of money just to be allowed to escape from there:)
Youll find that junkers are listed as enemies of Gateway so its a little oorp with them to dock at Kensington. But, of course, since Kensington is a good place to sell engine comps it doesnt stop them from doing it

Don`t land on Unioners base. We won`t like it. You may be neutral but we would get your pod sent to the darkest place you can imagine. Stick to the Omegas...and pray you don`t find hessians there.

Actually, all there was was a crap ton of Red Cats and full-Dragonfly BD Funboats.
Corsairs pirating in Rheinland? Doesn't seem that likely to me. The only safe haven they have is Bornholm, Yanagi and Kreuzberg. And by "safe", I mean "Buy our shtuff and gtfo before the hessians come knocking on our door". Other than that your pretty much get shot in the face by every single faction imaginable. I can see them skirting around the Sigmas and Omegas trying to gain a foothold, but not deep in the core systems.
As for the Junkers bit. Of course we can dock in corporate bases. We sell stuff to the corporations. The only case in which we could not dock in their bases is if we just pirated someone in front of the motherflipping base, the kind of stupidity that was prevented (along with other non-stupid actions) by the ID f<strike>u</strike>ix
