How does one join the Coalition?

The SCRA recruitment channel...is it truly think up a char, and write up a post about boarding your cruiser / sitting in the waiting room / quivering before the commissioner? Or do applicants talk these things over with you beforehand?

It's all completely improvised. None of that is pre-discussed. While it doesn't seem "exciting", it's a good way to see if you're capable of following basic instructions and at least using spell-check.

It doesn't matter if you live in a post-soviet country. If you got the RP skills, you are in. Even if you're half South African and half American, you can be in the Coalition. Please don't say that anymore.
