My thoughts about Mudd:
- He can be very annoying
- Our first and only argument on the forums ended with him calling me an "idiot" and getting banned for the first time
- He had been warned before

This post wins, also so if admins want people to stop whining about Mudd they should start up some banhammers... ( On similar people like him ) Only good solution I see here.

I'm sure they are, lately I haven't put much faith in a portion of our Admin/Dev teams to sort this stuff out, my theories for their lack of action and rather harsh actions towards some individuals are my own and are likely to be removed by said teams for fear of being exposed/suspected. So I'm just going to state my opinion on this matter.


While Mudd is annoying at times, yes he should re-read the rules every once in awhile, but who doesn't mess up at one point on Discovery? None of us are Angels, we all have made a mess of something on Discovery, convicted of it or not. Yes Mudd should have been punished but not to this extreme, perhaps monetary loss or the deletion of a couple of the ships directly involved in the said trolling but a Permna-ban is a bit much. But again, that's just my opinion and I'll leave it at that.

Ya know, before he came to me and asked about creating the ZDF Exploration Corps, I had heard of him and his exploits. But to be honest, after I had a good chat with him and came to know the person known as mudd, well he is exactly as stated above. No different in annoyance, thoughtfulness, rules following, and rules breaking. I mean, he did have a big mouth and didn't know when to keep it shut, but its hard to whenever you can never catch a break in terms of playing the game. When one conflict would be resolved another one would just spring right up, only egging him further.

With the series of events that happened, would anyone have reacted different?
