This is just like if ye're rich let's take some of the poor and make them richer and everyone knows that's unfair and stupid, but here it seems common policy..

Unless you go, "Recruiting for factions is denied to everyone on the forums, except for official factions." Sort of like Capships blasting transports.
Also, this rule needs to be written down somewhere.
