Even if nomads are smarter, more beautiful, and if humans did something bad to them before nomads decided to plunge humans in a disastrous war...
I side with humans because I am human, and because they are not, and because they were trying to kill humans on a massive scale. Maybe not 100% human deaths, but 80% at least.

Infact, those cases the human will have gotten off better, as the incubi would have most likely assisted in curing things like arthritis or cancers or brain damage, during the infection period.
You know, this hook you are mentioning is one heck of an interesting one. My mind is reeling from the potential outcome if examples of this were to begin making it into the open. As far as I know there are no example of this occuring but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be explored. Now, for the most part, the relationship between symbiotes and their hosts is usually one sided favoring the symbiotes and not the hosts. Not always, though and certainly plausible in a fictional universe. Suddenly creating into cannon the beginnings of what can become a mass symbiotic co-operation between two entities isn't something to be added in lightly and would require a lot of discourse on how it would be if it became so. And really, if humans and nomads come to learn that such a symbiotic co-operation between the two races turn out beneficial for both symbiote and host then they will probably do just that. It's no small matter, that's for sure, but it's not one I'd shy away from either.
Glad this thread came up, gave my brain some food.

Oh yeah...
Trent is a doormat. Dont think anybody doubts that.
I think his character coming across like that was a side effect of the release being rushed, and the somewhat poor image the developers had of their customers.

Yeah, some of the Aoi Iseijin characters are symbiotic combinations of their human hosts and the Nomad.
They're agreeing to share their body and purpose for the knowledge and longer lifespan, perfect health etc.
Human biology is as familiar to Nomads as riding a bike to most humans, so they can easily fix terminal diseases or extend lifespans, removing one of their own creations should be a piece of cake.
I think it's funny that people go around saying "NOMADS ARE SO SMART AND HUMANS ARE SIMPLE TO THEM )))" when the human genome is constantly changing, and the amount of infected is hardly enough for a -sample- group.
Consider that, given time (with the way genetics works), there could be a human who is genetically incompatible with a Nomad, no matter how much powergaming voodoo someone tires to pull off.

Human evolution is slow though, the Nomads just adapt again and the problem is solved.
They were designed to be this way. Originally with the purpose of living in different areas of space, and on the many planets of Sirius.

Again, the wars were the doing of mankind, the Nomads didn't cause that. Even without the Nomads, mankind is still warring with each other. 90% of factions are doing it.
And no, the Nomads didn't want to destroy even 10% of humans, let alone 80%. You're believing the Order point of view as if it's fact.
This is a roleplaying server too, it's enlightening to play a Nomad, to learn their side of the story and realise that they're not evil or crazy, just another faction in Sirius.
You'll only ever be fighting humans too, no different from any other faction in Sirius.

Evolution =/= changing. Cells can change individually, one of the biggest results is cancer, and that can overwhelm you in under a year.
Besides, even adaptation has a limit.
EDIT: though the progression is unlikely, and yeah, probably slow. Given the amount of people in Sirius, however, it's more than possible that someone already -is- incompatible with Nomad genetics.

Yeah, and Human biology in comparison to Nomad biology is like comparing a 2D square to a 3D shape with hundreds of points to it.
There may be a point where Nomads cannot adapt to infect people, but may be thousands of years into the future.
For now, the Nomads main advantage is the fact they're more advanced than humanity. The incubi was designed to be compatible, and they could just make another type to be compatible with the new changes.

Doubtful, the Nomads will have the upperhand on biological matters for another few centuries at least. Nomad genetics aren't solid, that's the idea.
The incubi is unlike the "True Nomad" biology, it's the connection of consciousness that makes them Nomad.
