No... I gets dealt with by the Liberty Government. Go read through a few transmissions. hale tends to forward anything not directly Navy related to the correct person, or governmental office.

Well, it should be the other way around, really. Navy related messages should be forwarded to Hale by the government.
I don't mind the current Liberty Government to RP the president. I just want to see [LN]/=LSF=Liberty.One in space.

That is only because people have a tendancy of directing messages to Hale. I can't change other people's mode of operating.
Why would the president spend enough time in space to warrant a ship? If it becomes something we need to do, then a ship will appear. But frankly, unless el presidente is travelling to another house, making a ship seems like a waste of time.
