It's nice you'v found out about underlevels.. I thought it's about NY..
But then, I killed one guy today in NY.. And it said only 'died'..
So, it was weird.

What language the FLhook is written on?

I agree with Mjolnir on all 3 points. There are RP elements dependant on the kill messages. Without them some of the concepts go south and rule violations are very hard to prove.
