First time i left Sails because i was talking about Corsairs & Gallia relations being possible and interesting in .46 but got rage and screams in return.

Outcasts
As for the local pirates, they were seemingly neutral to the newcomers and prefer to avoid them rather than attack. The Council, however, was the faction that the Outcasts initially attacked in Omicron-80 by mistake, and they did not prove particularly tolerant. Even for the Council, however, the presence of common enemies such as Royal Police and Royal Navy opens possibility for further negotiations.
The black market of Gallia is very rich, and has a great potential for Outcasts to sell massive amounts of Cardamine. Trading goods to and from Gallia could be a profitable business as well. Generally, despite the high pirate activity in Gallia, the Outcasts could easily gain foothold in some of the Border World systems like Lorraine and Champagne. Building a base in one of the Lorraine asteroid fields had already started. Some of the local pirate groups, like the Junkers and the Unione Corse, could potentially become allies for the Outcasts; with others, the Outcasts plan to reach an agreement to share spheres of influence.
And now the barman on Torino (Lorraine Outcast Base) offers only missions against... Gallic illegals like Unione Corse, Maquis or Gallic Brigand...
Has someone an explanation?
We Ghosts did some hard job with our fleet becoming at least neutral to the ennemies of the GRN in Gallia. I guess we'll continue on this way. But aren't these missions on Torino a strange thing?
' Wrote:Just noticed something odd in relation to the below paragraph. Buffalo is a Liberty Rogue base. Is that intentional, in meaning the Junkers fought on a base that is not their own? Or, is it purely just a mistake?
Could be atribited to the fact that Interestingly, both sides hired Liberty Rogues to fight on their side. It's not like Buffalo was a Convention of Pacifists anyway. ;-)
The idea of Junker <strike>civil war</strike> overdone bar brawl gives my Junker character an in-RP headache.
Feel free to PM me regarding any grammar/spelling/other language mistakes I have made in my posts.
I don't support the Hispanics civil war, instead, I'd love to see a Reunion.
About Corsairs and Gallia, if what Curious means is that there should be at least a friendly-neutral relation, I AGREE with him. Corsairs have made to many enemies and too few allies, and RP-wise, Gallia needs someone to help them keep Bretonia in check while she attacks Liberty. Seriously.
If Igiss writes one thing, then it doesn't make the final cut into the game itself, that initial statement is defunct.
No point in these things unless someone on the info card team writes them into rumor cards. Otherwise, they aren't cannon, but the musings of a writer.
