What I thought was: 'No', 'Maybe but I'd rather chose a faction that keeps his stuff here', and 'Who knows'

To expand it. Who cares about metagaming, if you have a cool faction, why hide from the people what's the coolest in it - the background? If I notice a faction has a separate page (some had, maybe some still have) I give a sad shrug a and go back to the proud ones that has all the reading material accessible.

There's skype and google docs for the really sensitive matters. Those are usually technical and logistic details, not something that might interest people who are curious about the said faction.
