I would doubt they'd ban you - but I'd bet that the actions the official factions take will be the deciding factor in the outcome.

I don't think del is talking about like a event like with the westfalen needing to be reinforced with supplies where players have to do stuff, but like an event similiar to when the westfalen first changed hands.
That is, the player's have already done their diplomacy, and now the results.

Say, why did the IC not go "WTFBBQLOL" when they saw the RM Battleship lurk up and just sit next to bonn? Its quite strange how they wouldn't think about /why/ there is a armed to the teeth battleship sitting outside the station? :L

On the other hand what do you want IC to do? Fly their starfighters and blow up a battleship inside Rheinland's capital? They'd just arm themselves to the teeth inside the station and prepare for the boarding crafts, thus the Starwars video.
I would think they protest it, maybe do a bit of political QQ for it crowding their rather busy airspace.
Also, in the event of unbreachable station (not possible), there IS a big green turtle of death and destruction to just terminate the station.
