I just did the same thing what .Waratah. (and probably few others) do...
I google " phoenix tattoo " in graphics section with option: 'Clip art' or 'Vector graphics'

that one is ar one of search results.

Anomander, to be perfectly honest with you, I could've done that in five minutes in paint.NET. I expect a lot from you, as far as design, and that's not it. Try something else, please.
I may sound harsh, but it's just because I want to get the best result possible. Good work so far.

Good logo design is distinguished by simplicity rather than the complexity of work behind it, just fyi.
