I think that this is a bug. I have a module. Then I had one ship to dock. Everything was fine, then he undocked and docked again and he got a message that said that I had no more room. And I was empty, just the module and him in a starflyier.

Well now it worked. Without jettison some cargo. Like yesterday 3400 cargo and told someone to dock and it worked with full cargo, but it wouldnt be bad if this would be checked.

one question, if a player docks on a player Osiris - is the Docking animation the same like if you dock on a stationary Osiris BS?

Or it's just like the fast docking point on player bases?

PS: Good Tutorial, thanks man ;)

<strike>For some odd reason snubs can't dock on Osiris so I'm not sure if the Osiris has docking animation >_> (Doubt it has)</strike>

Oops my bad, seems like someone had forgotten to undock the starfliers in the test server:lol:

EDIT: No docking animations, just quickdocking (

you need to buy a docking module that is sold by players who make them on their stations, be sure to buy the correct one for your type of ship, then read post 1 in this thread.

Id like to see docking modules being able to carry more ships. a huge carrier can now carry just 4 snubs. kind of poor if you ask me.

oh, Ive been meaning to ask. what happens when a carrier has several ships in its bays and then logs off? do the docked ships stay in holds if they log in after the carrier has come back ingam again?

If a carrier that has ships in it logs off, the snubs will still be docked and they can undock in the carrier's last known position. If the fighters log off after docking with the carrier and the carrier changes position, they will undock at the location they docked with the carrier.

Some times the module gets bugged and still counts your ship as docked inside. In that case you just need to do /jettisonship (name) to free the slot.

Updated the first post.

that part about "logging off while docked means you appear were you last docked" is false... tested it.

Ship docked with me, logged off. I moved 14k away and once the ship logged back in and undocked it was right next to me...

please add that "Jettisonship" is case sensitive. Example if ship BatteRy docks, you must write "jettisonship BatteRy" for it to work.
