If there is going to be any talking about SF obligations here it will be between either the leadership of the AW and the Leadership of the SF or with myself directly.
We dont need a massive argument to make things worse, this has nothing to do with anyone outside the TC-SF alliance and the AW. I would also like to point that it has hardly anything to do with the SF. So all of you who have no interests to represent here back off and go back to what you were doing.
I dont even want to discuss this anymore myself seing it has 0 to do with the cease fire as one of the characters was not not tagged (and not recognised as a member of a faction) therefore making discussion of a cease fire violation void outside regular diplomatic channels.
My Characters:
The_Trader_Who_Says_Ni- Large Train (Moraless profiteer)
My faction standings: neutral war profiteer/merchant/jerk
-----------------
[SF]The_Knight_Who_Says_Ni- VHF
[SF]-[SFG]Battle-Axe- Bretonia Gunboat
[SF]-[SFD]Swiftsure- Ambassadorial transport
[SF]-SFB-Triumphant- ???
My faction standings: Lieutenant SF, official Ambassador
Comendations:Leeds Cross
Thank you! I'm glad we do share a common language.
To the "bickering guys": u c how we can do it all peacefully, without much bickering and flamming?
thx again!

Yes, me firing on a untagged trader (even if it is that of a AW pilot) has nothing to do with the ceasefire, but a tagged AW fighter destroying me does....
The Coalition has always considered itself a unofficial protectorate of Omicron Delta and are especially hostile to any ships passing through it.

I agree, the dispute is between the two involved pilots.

Missingno., when u live by the sword, be ready to die by the sword.
the dispute should be ended here as I think most of us agree that it is between the two involved individuals to settle the score. Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong.

I havent commented on this so far, but now I will do.
Missingno. What the hell were you doing firing on a trader in Delta? Whilst posted in Delta you are to attack Nomads, and protect traders, consider this in future.
RedXIII This was obviously self defence and my member was in the wrong, you were also partly in the wrong for attacking in an AW fighter.
So I can come to a few conclusions from this:
1. If anyone broke the ceasefire, it was AW.
2. Missingno. needs to be reminded of who he is and what his mission is.
3. People are dumb.
I'm happy to let this go, as it was obviously an error of judgement, as far as I am concerned the ceasefire still stands, I will discipline my member, I expect Dab to do the same. As far as I am concerned this is the end of it. It is also my understanding that the ceasefire remains upheld until Wolf or Igiss say it can be dropped.
heck, last time i checked we were a pirate faction and pirate factions attack traders
thats what i was doing attacking traders.... not just hanging onto the house factions.
If the trader was actually aw tagged the situation would of been a hell of a lot different.
[TC] Is basically a "protectorate" of traders and innocents in Omicron Delta? Okay, that's almost a contradiction of terms as they're generally labeled a pirate faction.
As far as I'm concerned.. BOTH sides were in the wrong. Missingno fired on a trader. For whatever reason, He started it.
Red-XIII returned fire in an AW fighter. THAT caused the cease fire violation. not the other way around. AW broke the ceasefire agreement (Dab, don't even think about arguing this), but I'm gonna just stop and chalk it up to human error (bad judgement).
How about we let this drop ? hmm?
For future reference.. And I believe a large number of people will agree with me on this.
When you are in a trader, ACCEPT THE RISK. We have pirate factions on the server now, which would basically mean if you're in a trader, you might as well take the risk of being pirated. We also have terrorist factions (Phantom). Now.. when you F1 out and switch to a tagged character, you're changing your Role Play character. There is absolutely NO difference from this to changing a character in any other game. No two characters are the same.
If in a trader and you change to a tagged character (like Red-XIII did) you become the character that you changed to.. You don't "Carry over" any concept of the old character.. Get it ???
Good.

Therefore, like any other faction could deny the enterance of ships to its territory, the TC does the same with Omicron Delta.
However, recent incidents would possibly cloud my statements...

Restricting access to Omicron Delta is at the purview of the Admins, not a faction. Sorry :)
Good luck with that. I'd love to see how you stop several freelance fighters.. most of whom are excellent fighters... from coming and going.Especially since we have to fly through Delta to get to Gammu/Primus if we're coming from Minor.
