Loan scamming

Posting in a Hone keeps repeating the same question until he gets the specific answer he wants in order to cite it as defense against the next time he tries to scam people thread.

The admin team considers loan scamming to be a dick thing to do. It will almost always be sanctioned using this rule:

1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

The typical sanction is loss of all ships and a 6 month ban.

The admin team may choose not to sanction a scammer if the admin team believes that gameplay has not been harmed. I do not expect this to happen.

Scammed cash may or may not be refunded. Sometimes we do it, sometimes not, almost never for somebody who lets themselves be scammed twice.
