This is the Comanding Officer of the LPi Enforcer class vessal WRECKER. It seems these "judges" have decided loitering around the Manhattin Moors is now a parking lot, and "out of the way". http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x238/ry...2/screen869.jpg
So i am requesting orders on how to proceed, or enforce these new parking restrictions. As this is just a hop away from Newark, and still causing traffic disruptions. SGT C.J.Nickson out.
i find it funny how ships parked ABOVE<capotlized for a reason assuch that is stands out> and off to the SIDE AWAY FROM ALL DOCKING LANES AND MOORING POINTS can obstruct traffic espically seeing as said ships and said spots are again away from any dock points <mooring fixtures for the base itself are in the arm off to the side that faces the planet, the docking bays are on the corners of the top circular part of the base> can suddenly block traffic, your station is a safe haven and an orbital strongpoint, people naturally flock to it more often then not said people cannot afford any fees or fines or anything
<i myself park directly off to the left side of the base even with the main support pilar of the giant "north to south" shipyard like structire or arm off of newarks planet-faceing side,,directly aligned in such a way that to hit me or for me to block traffic a ship would need to either A: smash through the support brace of the arm of the station or B dilibratly miss one of the 4 DIAGONAL docking bays on the top part of the base mind you they can only really hit me if they come at me from one direction and even then they would sooner clip the base rather then hit me>.
ive seen other ships "stacked" over me or "parked" right next to me all clearly out of the way.
so i have to ask,how it proves a danger to shipping traffic, before i even consider aknolwledgeing this as a real policy ,nevermind paying credits to it and fines for failuer to aquior this so called "parking permit" when there is no official modifcation to the laws or clear saftey risks other then docking stupidity as again to hit the majority of the " patrked ships" you have to dilibratly SWERVE in there direction

No,no,no. Sorry,we cannot deal with all the complaints, especially anonymous ones. I still don't understand the trouble people go through about a simple parking ticket. I guess society is in regression.
So you bought expensive equipment to make your signal source and ship tag untraceable, but you refuse to pay a thousand times cheaper parking ticket?
SGT C.J.Nickson, I will forward your question to our high command.
wrong, the signel blocker is one of the many free programs you can get on the nural net,but im not useing one,im logged into a public terminal wth a public acess.
point 2: it wasent a complaint,it was a question which i will simplify
majority of the " parked ships" park themselfs out of the way of the 4 docking ports and below the mooring plane on the strut that conencts the moor points with the main station.
for the record there are no docking ports, mantince hatches escape pods anywere near there because if you fired them, you would collide with the strut that holds the mooring areas.
what im asking is if ships are out of the way of the flight paths, how are they obstructing docking procdures?
I can understand if ships are parked infront of each of the 4 docking bay doors in the black and yellow markers, but off to there sides and below the doors themselfs, how exactly is that obstruction when they are not infront of anything?
again ,i wasen t objecting to it it was a simple question
much like the next one Why such a high fee,is it a deterance or a misprint or what? the landing pad/hanger i store my ship on manhattan was a little over 1.5 million one time fee, with full service

Sir don't you see the simple inconvenience this creates for the docking administration not to park on a station's head. First of all its just simply rude if you don't have permission to be there. Secondly why if you need to park can you not simply dock?
' Wrote:what im asking is if ships are out of the way of the flight paths, how are they obstructing docking procdures?
This one is easy, it cancels out the radar booster and stations can no longer pan out scans of up to 18k knots per second. This decreases it dramatically up to 10k knots per second. Defensive wise if a hostile bomber squadron were to enter near Newark or Trenton both stations need to be aware quick enough to call support and by the time support is called after 10k. The station is in very near danger, the parked run, the station is attacked and damaged and I assure you it costs a heck of a lot more than 1,500,000 credits to fix a base the size of Trenton or Newark, actually it costs more to run it over an hours time.

Well really, same applies with the above response sir.
' Wrote:again ,i wasen t objecting to it it was a simple question
Quite understandable yet if you were objecting to it on a blocked signal with no name or affiliation to your claims it would be simply ignored regardless
' Wrote:much like the next one Why such a high fee,is it a deterance or a misprint or what? the landing pad/hanger i store my ship on manhattan was a little over 1.5 million one time fee, with full service
Its a high fee to make it hard for people to pay for it to slow down or rid the traffic of a certain area that is mass provoked by random parking, causing plenty of errors on navigational systems never mind defense coordination. The fee's are here to stay. At least for Trenton Outpost. As you say it's a strait up deterrence for new parking licensee's.
If you want real services, head over to Orbital Spa & Cruise I hear they have some great deals on holidays, Manhattan's services are basic common and well used, not to think of the oxygen tanks they have to re-fill every time a ship docks.

Blocking mooring points and other points of entry/exit (jump gates, trade lanes, docking rings) unless you're actually using them has always been illegal. The only ships that are allowed to stay near the mooring points for extended periods of time are ships of such a bulk that they're required to (and able to) use them, unlike the fighter craft that they're using.
Fine them and send them on their way. Staying there is a security liability both to them and docking/undocking vehicles, and against the law. If they refuse to comply, the Liberty Police, Inc. will hold the offenders responsible for any damage caused to passing traffic.

Wrecker, seems what you got is very damning. I was sitting between two docking rings, someone arrest me. I was out of the way, you however and other officers/agents/cops were not. Sitting right in the middle of a tradelane, at one point one of you were even almost plowed into. So when you throw out accusations, make sure you aren't causing a bigger problem. Oh, and never tell your boys to use myself or other Judges as target practice.
I am Alexis Hunter of the Liberty Navy. I'm submitted proof of that the payment of the parking permit for my ward, Isabella Archer - Pilot of the vessels Midnight.Roar, Lunar.Eclipse, and Eventide are now paid, as well as paying the fee for a permit for Concordia (should be Ecstatic.Siren, if the girl hasn't gotten that blown up), because the silly girl never has the money to pay for anything.
