I guess pirates are not much better than the polices are. I go to kyushu via hokkaido but I've never been caught... ok, once. but that's like one time in 10 runs. I live in sweden, gmt +1 so I don't see much players when Iplay on the morning.
I am glad this matter has been honorably resolved. I am willing to drop my charges of piracy against the gaijin as the KNF officer was admonished for his behavior--though not his proper use of authority--which was appropriate.
It is most fortunate that no guilt or shame was imputed to our faithful samurai.
It is an honor to be of service to such great men.
Foreigners not understanding of our ways must take the time to think carefully before conducting "business as usual" as is done in their own homelands.
