Put the bounty on zoner caps, not on ZBTs, as last time every OORP lolwut was trying to shoot ZBTs only.Cowards always go for those with no guns you see.

Like a caveman using a flashlight as a hammer, you guys missed the whole point.
ID is meant to be above all, conflict betwen zoi or rep or house laws do appear but zoner's can't land in house space except zoner bases, which includes Bethlehem, but it looks like the ln signed a treaty with someone who was unelected by anyone, who probably died and by far forgotten.
I suggest they change the ID to restrict Cruiser Vessels and above to visit Penn, they did a lot of work pointing out the specific locations where zoners CAN land ( like hood )but Bethlehem ... No.. I can't see anything about bethlehem sorry ).
Until that happends, Zoners can land at zoner bases, wherever it is, whether it is inconvienient to some navies.
Also, I accept people's opinions, but People dont just fly zoner dreads for armoror guns, thats how it is supposed to be INRP
You're forgetting something. Erie is NOT a Zoner planet. It's classified as LPI. Thus, you're NOT allowed to dock with a Zoner cap ship there. Betlehem is indeed classified as Zoners, and thus allowed.
And treaty's signed by dead men or not, they're still treaty's. You have been registered since october, and it's really recommendable that you have a heart for the Zoner ways, but don't try to change things you haven't thought out correctly, or studied, without the proper knowledge. I wish you the best of luck, but I advise to read up on the ID's and the bases that actually are allowed to dock. And no, flying with a Zoner capship in Liberty space is a bad, bad idea. Do it proper and request permission et cetera.

You can fly a cap in there.
It's a RP-consequence of the events that happened in Pennsylvania that caps aren't allowed.
You'll get fined, shot, burned, arrested, hung, spit at and molested by the Navy for violating a law that was set and signed by the Zoners and Liberty Government that operate in Pennsylvania.
A small tip, read the infocard of Philadelphia station.
I am allowed but not without being "mutilated" or insulted, using PR when it suits navies.
Anyhow, time for a new treaty, the fact that a zoner ship needs to exist in penn which it DOES, should not be limited, esp when it is not a normal zoner.
On the same token, I might as well blast any navy in bering, or insult them, or even better ! fine them! Parking costs money!
Seriously now, you lads have enough trouble already with the criminals, you don't need rebelious zoners blasting navies in alaska, Or "Zone-21" wte, cuz u are already losing there every day, which is unfortunete, but i guess the criminals are right about one thing, corruption and differences is in the heart of liberty navy.
