Well not really. It states either the arab nations or the middle east joined the coalition(depending on wether you use the freelancer page or the coalition page on the wiki). If you take Middle east. then they most likly did not since they are tech part of europe. also the culture in most parts of turkey is very much more european then asian. If you go with the arab nations then its just a no. Since turkey is full of turks, not arabs.
Well a lot of the middle-eastern countries are inhabited by berbers, assyrians, persians, kurds and so on. For the sake of simplicity they are all eroneosly referred to as "Arabs" I suppose.
Also whether or not Turkey is a European country (culturally) is debateable. There are valid points for and against, but I reckon turks would have jumped on the Mediterranean sleeper ship if not part of the Coalition.
I would actually throw India together with the Bretonians. India has been a colony of the United Kingdom for a very long time and has a very large English speaking population there. So yeah.
How about the other Asians down in South East Asia? The Indonesians, Filipinos, Malaysians, Vietnamese etc.
I'd say Vietnam goes with Coalition and everything else goes with their respective colonial masters.
Strangely enough there is a "Java station" owned by the IMG who came mostly from Bretonia (close to Taus). Java was a Dutch colony...

I'd guess South-East Asians fall under Gemini and Orion, the Colonial Republic ships.
Bear in mind that this is still the humans we are talking about. I don't believe that seats aboard the sleeper ships were simply handed out to people. First came the rich, and I guess the medium class could also afford a place, but billions and billions of people that were poor were left to die. My bet is the African continent didn't have much travellers except maybe South Africa and Magreb(not sure if this is how you say it in English). India also.

To me the whole writeup seems illogical. First of all I don't think that those dominantly muslim countries would EVER forge an alliance with communists. If anything they would have probably forged some sort of an islamic alliance and either remain neutral, get wiped out or something else....but I doubt they would take either of these sides...

Black people, white people, and asian people being the most obvious, though there are others, and mixes, ect.
Point taken. Though I still think it's not what this topic is about.
Regarding Turkey I'd say they don't have a notable presence on any sleeper ship since they most likely were heavily devastated during the war and among the first to get overrun when the Coalition gained the upper hand. Their highest population would probably exist on board the Rheinland since the game apparently takes into account the high number of immigrants in RL-Germany (hence some Rheinland NPCs carrying turkish names).
