Posting about a rule violation committed by a person in a faction, provided that post is made in the faction's feedback thread, is okay, so long as it is remotely constructive. Doing it maliciously is not okay, but if you are doing it to try to get the problem solved, there is nothing wrong with that.
The linked thread which Gheis locked was locked because it was not in a feedback thread.

By your logic, clearly all sanctions are trial by forums, since they make those sanctioned look bad. All feedback is trial by forum, since it implies something is wrong with the reciever, therefore makes them look bad, and is trial by forum.
No, because feedback not always has to do with rules being broken.
I wanted to ask you something about Outcast Merc Net. It clearly states that IMG are to be collected ONLY if they are actively hostile yet I see you guys collecting bounties on IMG miners and newbies that don't know about you and are not hostile. Care to explain?
Anyways, please link me to these mercs that are neutral to IMG. I'll look over bounty board in a sec to see if i can find some myself.
Yber, alright. As you can see he is hostile to the NPCs. Though not the actual players. I'll get him to fix his rep right away, although he was hostile before engaging he enemy.
I'd like it to be known that I HAVE a rep sheet for our guys to go by, I can tell them to get it so. But when certain individuals don't follow it up, I have to deal with it individually.
We have almost 20 VERY active members with over 54 ships and counting. We do not have the luxury of a rep ninja like many of you do. I am doing the best to keep reps corrects among our guys. Thank you for telling me when one is NOT correct, it helps alot.
Though bashing us in the process isn't exactly needed all the time. If you think it' s big enough problem then by all mean sanction them.
As for the claim on the RoS character, that kill happened with some Renegades were defending OCs (with some 101st present) and were told to engage them. As you can see he says IF they wish to pay for it they can.

This is going to be discussed with Patrician, as you can see in our claims today were not no miners (due to this being brought up to me by the IMG leader). We WERE collecting on these transports/miners for the Brigand board, once they shoot back we considered them "hostile." Thus valid for collection on OC board. But, we may be removing such claims, standby on that.
By actively hostiles I ment IMG attacking Renegades which a miner wouldn't do. In other words, merc net says to leave them alone unless they are causing you trouble.
I interpreted the Outcast board's IMG section to mean that you shouldn't claim on the IMG unless they show agressive behavior towards the Outcasts. I would assume they could care less who was hunting their mercs, they'd care more about who their mercs were hunting for them.

They are bounties by Brigands, therefor, we attack them. Which ends with them shooting back. But, as I said, it's being discussed. Should I point out other Mercs actively claim IMG on that board aswell.

Yes, Gytrash was extremely pissed and threatened to sanction you. He knows he screwed up and is open to sanction. He'll take his punishment for doing it.
I'm just going to say that if I see images you took from your death screen used in any role play, I'm going to be very very angry myself.

Nah he's fine, I'm not sure where he came up in this conversation.
And to your last note, none were taken "after" my death...? Not sure what you even mean by this? EDIT- Talked to you on skype, rest assured no such screens were taken.

Ehm...'xcuse me,... what?
Of course they go "hostile" when you shoot them, what do you expect!? But that's not how the OC board's bounty was meant. It is clearly meant as IMG attacking Outcasts or doing hostile actions against Outcasts. A miner or transport is far from being hostile to Outcasts, just because he is defending himself against a Mercenary who just HAPPENS to be hired by said Outcasts. It's so, that you can attack IMG when there's a big brawl again and even claim on them without the need of asking "can we join the battle and what'll be our payment?".

...exactly says what I thought when reading the 101st's bounty board. Why would the Outcasts care about their hunters being under attack because they attacked someone?
And yes, the LE bounty board does bounty all non IMG| IMGs (which is still weird, but still better than IMG| also being bountied...), that means you can shoot most targets anyway, without the need of the Outcast bounty board. So, get this problem fixed quickly please, because it looks like "bounty abuse" right now, which is most certainly not throwing good light on you. You can attack IMG most times anyway, since they attack you first almost all the time.
I liked you, because you wouldn't be angry about facing the natural consequences of your attacks (namely being ganked rather often), and I told myself to stay out of this discussion, and out of this thread, but the statement quoted above takes it a bit too far to not to post.
I hope this situation gets resolved quickly.
And I guess most other issues I have with you have been mentioned by others before me as well. Doubt I need to point them out again...
Get those problems fixed and stop abusing loopholes.
