Oha, the topic of the Power Drain.

I like it.

You have issues with the NPC's when those nasty buggers CD'd you people because your HCM doesnt work...
...so why not give the capital warships a lesser drain on power, so that one or two (dont know how much energy a HCM uses) bar/s of energy remains? So you could drop them while cruising again.
And -IF- then you get still CD'd, hey... you have at least two bars of energy to start shooting.

Did I already said that I like the Power Drain? I think.

In all, it needs the capital ships now to stop at some clicks distance and impulse to the enemy target. Time for Roleplay, time for the enemy (if he decides to flee) to move on to somewhere else.

Already talked about that, but eh.

I do like the idea of more energy than the nothing that is now. (Since the whole thing is unlikely to change.)
