i'm aware about the current payment system is turned down. Based on this, the Bundespolizei has some plans for some internal changes. This includes the prevention of the usage of government owned ships for private business.
Based on this and because you mentioned this ship was in the Rheinwehr before, I'd like to have additional informations about it:
When was the Behemoth build?
Who was the previous Captain of this ship? Which stations did he supplied?
Why was this ship decommissioned? I mean, the Rheinwehr would never send an unescorted supply-ship into the war zone.
How you got permission to command it?
You may be extensively as possible.
Furthermore I'd like to point out, if you want to supply the polizei/rheinwehr bases with commodities like guns or any other kind of light arms, you should get a license for your free time trade by using this channel.

Guten Tag mein fellow officers.
Apologies onto the lack of higher details on my latest reports, I have been busy dealing with certain matters within mein position in RepEx and I have also seen some of the reports from our fellow officers.
I can't promised much, but I believe I can push to supply a dividend from RepEx's profit margins to be sent directly into the Polizei's funding. Course anything is better than nothing.
Aside from several patrols in the past few days, I came across this strange vessel. The pilot did nothing wrong but I saw it fit to add data on it to our databanks, just in case.

below you will find a summary of today's duty that ended rather quick for me:
01: Chasing ein Red Hessian in New Berlin
At the beginning of mein patrol around New Berlin System, I came across a BMM vessel, hauling Tobacco into Kusari space. At first I thought the Bretonian was kidding me, tracking his course on TLAG indeed showed he left Rheinland space to Sigma-13.
Anyway, one minute after I left the Bretonian I witnessed a Hessian fighter who obviously tried to pirate the next transport vessel.
As mein Phantom was quicker than me and scanning him revealed two hostages, I ordered him to hand over the civilians and leave Rheinland space.
He agreed to the first demand, but not to the last and engaged me. Nun, as he did not want to leave Rheinland space by choice, I had to show him the exit with mein weapons. *******
02: Escorting ein Bowex-vessel from Bonn station to the Ring
After mein victoy about that Hessian I came across a Bowex-vessel near Bonn station. After an initial scan and interrogation I escorted the Bretonian to his destinatio, the Ring. ****
03: Intercepting RSE-convoy within vicinity of New Berlin
Later on mein patrol I encountered a convoy of RSE-tagged vessels, but do mein surprised they were using different ID-devices. That was rather suspicious, and after scanning them I had to order the RSE-Providence to drop its Helium cargo as he was violating the cargo restrictions of DSE vessels within Rheinland.
He disobeyed the order and at first tried to bribe me what I declined. During this discussion I did not notice that the others ship, that I had let go as their documents were fine, positioned around me.
Then suddenly all three ships opened fire on mein Phantom and the automatic ejcection system threw me out of it before mein fighter exploded. *******
Fortunately I was not injured in any way, so I will wait until ein new Phantom is assigned to me.

Gut day mein Damen and Herren,
this is ein summary about the incidents of yesterday. To be honest I would like to forget it already:
01: Smuggler in New Berlin I
TLAG-sensors showed ein ship carrying different kinds of contraband. I tried to intercept the ship named Bluefin, but he was able to escape mein attempt to confiscate the contraband and arrest him. The whereabouts of the smuggler is unknown but his ship will be forwarded to the Criminal data base. **
02: Zoner vessel with nomad material aboard
Later on, TLAG-sensors flashed up again and showed a vessel carrying some sort of nomad material within Rheinland space. Dektiv Lange and I intercepted the Zoner near planet New Berlin and ordered him to drop the dangerous contraband into space. He complied to it and we where able to destroy it immediately.
We warned the zoner and his companion to not do this again, then they were free to fly on. ***
03: Smuggler and nomad material in Rheinland II
Continuing mein patrol the TLAG sensors showe another vessel carrying contraband, the said smuggler entered Rheinland space from system Hamburg. I tried to intercept the vessel near Luebeck border station but as soon as the violater noticed me he fled from me. Due to his superior engines, mein mjolnir was not able to chase him. **
Later on while chasing ships that had much nomad material aboard that we could not find, the smuggler showed up again. As I was in mein Phantom I could keep up the pace and with the help of the Berlin-Tegel the smuggler was chased down near Kreuzberg Depot. I confiscated the contraband and wanted to put the smuggler under arrest at Vierlande.
As Herr Savin from the Bundesgrenzschutz showed up, the Berlin Tegel flew back to Oder shipyard. I was confident that we could succesfully arrest him, but at Hamburg jumpgate we made a severe mistake.
With the impression that Herr Savin would still guard the violater I jumped to Hamburg, but so did Herr Savin and the Rheinwehr officer that assisted us. Due to this, the smuggler, who was still in New Berlin could escape.
We tried to find him, but it was futile in the end. The confiscated contraband was handed over to the departmend on New Berlin.
Dear Oberkommando, I take the responsibility for this, as I should have known better and avoid this misunderstanding between Herr Savin and me. I can only apologize and assure you that this mistake wil not happen to me again. ******

Ich started mein patrol auf Planet Hamburg. Interzepted ein vessel, RSE-Xylant. He denied to provide mich informatzions about his buisnesses in Rheinland, und continued to cruise engines, disobeying mein orders. His docking rights were denied, und he hacked to lane in way back to Liberty direction. He vas interzepted finally, thanks to Militar pilot Dermen help. He denied fur paying fine und tried to activate cloaking device, but Ich vas faster. Zuch devices should be banned fur zivilian use... Ich zistroyed him.
Ich und drei Sekondary Militar Fleet piloten iterzepted zmuggler Zarazak with Cobalt Ore heading straight into wrong direktzion... He tried to flee, but fur nothing... Mein SNAC also finished zis one. During fight, Ich noticed trader luzviminda with loadout of furs hacking into mooring fixture. Ich habe no idea warum he did it, he vas clear. But not now...
After I arrived at Bonn, ze BGS officer was already zere. Frau Stein was zinking zey used ze traffic ships for a weapon test. Ze problem was solved and I returned to my desk.
However, I wonder why ze Rheinwehr fleet does ze destruction of nomad material inside a system with huge traffic.

Ich started mein patrol aus planet Hamburg, und immediately vas kalled fur crisis situatzion in Stuttgart system. Zoner battleship ZonerGuard|Herakles entered without permission Rheinland space. Captain of gunboat [FL]-Vigilance called fur help. After longer time, Zoner stopped, something ca. 60k under JG to Koeln... He refused to cooperate, and Komissar Artura ordered destroying zis vessel. Wir vere close to it, but Zoner dissapeared, probably enabled cloaking device.
In the matter of seconds vir get HELP A.S.A.P signal from outside planet Hamburg. Nomads fighters was engaged alongside by us and one Hessian.No friendly casaulties, 1 Nomad destroyed, rest dispersed in nebula, like Hessian.
Later Ich und Brigadengeneral Trauer relocated to Hamburg. Ich encountered pair of traders with Libertonian weapons and Light Arms onboard, but they cooperated. Everything solved peacefully.
Later wir met trader Ike.Zaehr. We tried for almost hour explain to arogant, self-confident captain why he can't haul Superkonduktors with IC ID in Rheinland. Ich really vanted peacefull solution, General Trauer can testify it. Moreover, it's proofed in radio blackbox readings from zis patrol.

Ich started aus planet hamburg und decided to check space outside Alster Shipyard und Lubeck Border Station. Ich almost crashed with Junker Slave Liner Vredes[Paragon] full of Cardamine during undocking out from lane. He immediately docked to lane, und Ich disrupted it both too fast, und too slowly. Too slowly to stop smuggler, too fast to prevent myself for docking to lane... Ich called fur help, und Bundespolizei answered. Almost every JH and JG in Hamburg was guarded, but Junker probably enabled cloaking device...
Later Bundespolizei vere called to guard Stuttgart system, Militar had hard battle in Omega 11 with combined RHA-VF-Coalition forces. Ich caught another Zoner Kapitalen-klasse ship, Calm_Horizons in unsere space... Zis vessel managed to hacked to mooring ficture of Freiburg Statzion. Ich habe request fur Rheinland authorities - please inform Zoners about consequences of permament entering Rheinland territory in Battleships, Carriers und Destroyers.
