' Wrote:Well, for a Jinx creation it sure doesn't have a lot of rough white edges. Then again, it's pretty simple transparency. Text is hard to read, and the character render is, shall we say, "WTF?" The bevel/emboss is pretty cliche, and the ship render is pretty badly distorted. The background is very good, but I'm willing to bet the farm that it isn't Jinx's work. The sepia tone is interesting, but the effect is ruined by the character render.
In short, I'm not a big fan and I'm in a rather bad mood.
Well, Dopamino, if you're not in a good mood, don't take it out on other, smaller, people.

Dopa is a formidable art critic, his bad mood only slightly increased the criticism. What he said is true though.
The render is what disbalances the sig, be it Jinx' or Selena's approach. No offense, but a more realistic render (be it drawn, truly rendered or a photo) would have been a better choice here.
Tried making a new sig. Believe it or not, the background was originally a screenshot of an in-game spacescape. I think that for once I did decently with brushes.
*Shrug*
I just need to tweak a few things (like the darkness in the lower-left corner and the text which is a bit too pale still). Shame things look slightly different in Photoshop and on the forums.
EDIT: There, tweaked it a bit and split it more thoroughly.
THEY TOLD ME I COULD BE ANYTHING SO I BECAME A SIGNATURE PLS HLP

Nicely done! Lovely use of tech brushes and her name on the uniform.
May I ask where you got the render?
Deviant art. Ench said she wanted a 'Military sort of woman with brunette hair'. So I just DA'd for 'Military woman brunette' and found that. The name on the tag was different atfirst, though.
