Ok, well, I have failed misreably at creating Hardpoints....So, until I can do that, it doesn't really matter what I put on it.

Ok

I have now created a bunch of HPs in HardCMP...

What now? How do I create a .ini?

Would also like to suggest:

2 class 9 Hardpoints (at the bottom of the "Beard"), 2 class 5 turrets (On each end of the bottom wing), 2 class 8/9 guns (On each "Leg), A torp/CD slot (Bottom of the lower wing), a mine and CD (Each side of the main body)

Class 9 shield.

Reduce its turning ability between a VHF and a bomber. This gives it 6 forward firing weapons, plus a torp, but restricts its turning, possibly for anti cap use? Give it enough power to fire a Mini Razor easily.

Ideas?

As Unseelie already pointed out, Bretonia really doesn't need another slow, tough fighter. They need a good HF or quickght-armored VHF. They already have a good LF, a very slow but very tough VHF (which, in my opinion, are generally inferior to quick and maneuverable VHFs), and a bomber.

What we need is something to fit between a LF and a VHF, not VHF and bomber...please scrap a gun, give it lvl 5 turrets and level 9 (max)guns, and a higher manuverability.

And yes, I did mean 10,000 armour. Energy to fire the mini easily would be great. Having only flown the templar and the hussar for a long while, I'm not sure which ship has a powerplant that fits that description.

It's gotta be an agile HF. As Unselie and Drake (great to see you back on the forums!) said, we have tough. What we need is agile to complement. The VHF and bomber are the tough ones.

My preference would be 1 lvl 8 gun, 2 lvl 9 guns, 2 lvl 4 (maybe lvl 5) turrets, CM, CD/T, M and class 9 shield. Powerplant slightly less than that of the Blood Dragon maybe? Armour aroung 9000 mark.

Top end turning and/or strafe are what it really needs. Think heavy Hussar, not light Templar. Developed to help counter the Chimera, but also to really stick it to the Corsair threat.
