It has been a while now, Professor Diogenes Heinlein still hasn't been in contact with me. It wouldn't surprise me if he catastrophically died from a chemical imbalance caused within his laboratory. Nevertheless, I have put the Wraith to good use, It seems working under the veil of Rheinland Engineering has it's perks. I have not yet been apprehended by the Federal Polize here in Rheinland. In fact, the majority of people here haven't taken a second glance at me. It seems this has fit well in to my plans.

I came across a Red Hessian, Quite the suicidal chap. Mind you I suppose he compensated in skill, Given he already killed one pilot, in doing so, the other pilot fled.

Lucas Olker #324098-328497234 Wrote:[RHA]Lukas.Olker: What's with your presence, fugitive?

Ryan.Bishop: Well..

Ryan.Bishop: I have some business here, that I need to attend too.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: Do you like what you see? This society around you?

Ryan.Bishop: It's odd.

Ryan.Bishop: For anyone to openly engage a target near a station opposing you, that seems pretty bizarre for one.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: One of them still died.

Ryan.Bishop: Ah, then I suppose you compensate in skill.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: It's not hard to disperse the hull of those with an ego the size of a planet.

Ryan.Bishop: Mind you, it's not hard to rid of a pilot that couldn't hit the broad side of a battle transport.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: The entire Rheinland Military.

Ryan.Bishop: I see that you have managed to pressure them enough by yourself.

Ryan.Bishop: I would imagine a group of you could keep this system on lock down for a short time too.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: When we band together, it sometimes seems possible, ja.

RNC-Spiegelei: What's going on here?

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: Idle conversation.

Ryan.Bishop: I wouldn't mind accompanying you to your home.

Ryan.Bishop: So that I may meet your peers.

Ryan.Bishop: Thats if you wouldn't mind.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: Perhaps that can be arranged. For now I have business to attend to. You may contact me at any time via the neural net.

Ryan.Bishop: Good.

Ryan.Bishop: I will be in contact with you.

[RHA]Lukas.Olker: Gut. Until next time.

Perhaps If I develop a friendship with the Hessians, they could assist me if I cause a mess within Rheinland. I suppose there is nothing wrong with having a few back up plans put in place. That doesn't necessarily mean I'm going to go out of my way to cause as much noise as I can whilst I'm here. Who knows, I may have to escape Rheinland once I'm done here. You can never be too careful.

He didn't exactly give me a secure channel to contact him on, I wouldn't want the Rheinland Military monitoring everything I do. I didn't fancy chasing him around Rheinland to obtain them either. So I decided to venture out to Omega 11, after over hearing a conversation between a bunch of Rheinland Federal Polize representatives within the bar on Brandenburg Border Station. A Distress call suggesting there was Red Hessian activity within Omega 11. Upon arrival I was greeted by an entire capital fleet, It seems the Red Hessians are well armed, They were sieging a base too, a Café of some sort.

Captain Of The Gotterdamerung #2223890-2309832 Wrote:Ryan.Bishop: Captain of the Gotterdamerung.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Siegfried: Yes?

Ryan.Bishop: Forgive me for asking, whilst you are mid way through a siege.

Ryan.Bishop: But would you perhaps spare some time after you have dealt with this.

Ryan.Bishop: So that we may converse in a more comfortable manner.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Certainly, herr Bishop

Ryan.Bishop: Thank you Captain.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: So, you wanted something, herr Bishop?

Ryan.Bishop: Yes.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: I'm listening

Ryan.Bishop: I will be in contact with Lucas very soon.

Ryan.Bishop: In regards to establishing communications.

Ryan.Bishop: However, I require a secure channel

Ryan.Bishop: To transmit from Rheinland.

Ryan.Bishop: I would not want my position nor the Hessians position to be compromised whilst I am in contact with you.

Ryan.Bishop: Is there perhaps, a station I can feed a secure line through?

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: We are the Red Hessian Army

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Every Junker will tell you, that our main base is Vogtland

Ryan.Bishop: Will you be able to provide me with access codes to a secure channel their.

Ryan.Bishop: So that I may transmit a message to Lucas in regards to a private matter.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: I will be able to do that. But who the hell are you? And who's that Lucas you're talking about?

Ryan.Bishop: He is an operative within the Red Hessian Army, I only caught his first name.

Ryan.Bishop: Hence my predicament.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: I know only Lucas Olker and he's definitely not the one in charge

Ryan.Bishop: That may be him, This is of low priority, Don't worry yourself.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm sure whatever message I send to him in good faith will be freely conveyed back to your group regardless.

Ryan.Bishop: I am only in Rheinland for a short time.

Ryan.Bishop: I would like to make good use of my time here, by establishing contacts.

Ryan.Bishop: That may be of some use to me in the future.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Guess you'll be able to dock at Vogtland, but only under our direct control. Having friends like
fraulein Steffanie...

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Is not something that works within your favour.

Ryan.Bishop: I don't know her, Nor is "she" an acqaintance of mine.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Fine, follow me

Ryan.Bishop: On your wing captain.

Ryan.Bishop: It seems my IFF may be inclined to prevent me from docking on said base.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps you know of someone who can alter this for me?

Ryan.Bishop: I would like a good reputuation with the Hessians, after all, So that I don't cause any unnecessary problems.

Ryan.Bishop: If you show me the location of your station

Ryan.Bishop: I will be quite happy to revisit at a time when my reputation is some what adequate.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: I will

Ryan.Bishop: Thank you for your kindness captain.

Ryan.Bishop: It is appreciated.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Here it is

Ryan.Bishop: Ah, Excellent.

Ryan.Bishop: Once again I appreciate it.

Ryan.Bishop: Will you be able to get the access codes for me now.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm sure if you speak with a represenatative aboard Vogtland, they will provide me with one.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Vogtland comm officer, this is Siegfried Draay, personal code - ******. Inform Oberkommando that the removal operation was successful

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: Plus, a ship under the call sign - Ryan.Bishop is cleared to dock. Make sure he is closely monitored.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: He will be my responsibility.

[RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung: That is all for now herr Bishop. If you cause any trouble. Well, you won't like the outcome, capiche?

Ryan.Bishop: Absolutely.

Ryan.Bishop: I will be in contact very soon.

Vogtland Station Traffic Control Alert: [RHA]RHB-Gotterdamerung has requested to dock.

Finally, Professor Diogenes Heinlein has replied to my transmission and has granted me access to laboratory space aboard the BDM|LV-Eir. Of course a laboratory within planetary confinement would be disapproved, any tampering with a nomad power cell could result in a catastrophic turn of events. I imagine we could contain the blast aboard the BDM|LV-Eir.

I will have to contact aerelm to do some more work for me, It seems the Padua Liberty Rogues are getting tiresome of my efforts to establish some sort of trust with them. Time consumption weighs a heavy burden amongst my shoulders, hopefully that will soon change.

It seems I may have to return to Liberty for a brief time. I need to contact Lord Moka and see if I can some how render our little agreement. I may be in need of a safe house much sooner than I originally anticipated. Perhaps if I offer something else that may be of some interest to him, he will be confident enough to allow me the privilege to access a safe house much sooner. Once I have finished my business there, I will return to Rheinland.

I managed to track a signal from Rheinland into Liberty, It lead me to an operative of the Padua Liberty Rogues. Hopefully he will be able to direct me to Lord Moka. I suppose it would be ideal for me to contact him prior to my arrival in Liberty. The vessel I am in isn't exactly fitting for venturing through said House, especially since it is against Liberty Law. I'll just have to be discreet about it.

PLR:Definite.Trouble #3223-23423 Wrote:Ryan.Bishop: I am sure you know me, but if you can't remember, allow me to elaborate.

Ryan.Bishop: A couple of weeks ago now, I arrived at Padua Station.

Ryan.Bishop: As an LSF representative.

Ryan.Bishop: I am not entirely sure you was present in fact.

Ryan.Bishop: But I spoke to a Lord Moka.

PLRBig Grinefinite.Trouble: Forgive me, but who are you?

Ryan.Bishop: The Name is Ryan Bishop

Ryan.Bishop: Apologies, I was rather forward.

PLRBig Grinefinite.Trouble: Ryan, and what can I do for you?

Ryan.Bishop: I have some work to do for Lord Moka.

Ryan.Bishop: I don't suppose you can get in contact with him.

Ryan.Bishop: He should be all but familiar with me.

PLRBig Grinefinite.Trouble: Right. Ryan Bishop. Name don't sound familiar. Let me check with Lord Moka.

Boy, I hope this guy isn't going to avoid my request. He doesn't exactly know me, so how am I going to expect him to do anything for me. Damn it, I should of just played it cool, but no Ryan, your just incapable of doing that aren't you.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm good with voices, not so much with faces.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Yes, the Lord is here now. He'll be with you in a moment

Ryan.Bishop: Thank you very much.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Moka: Mr Bishop, have you got those heads for me yet?

Ryan.Bishop: I'm afraid not Lord Moka, I have been some what busy with pressing matters.

Ryan.Bishop: But It seems with the time I have now, I am quite capable and able to commit to the job.

Ryan.Bishop: However, there are some "minor issues"

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: This isn't starting to sound good, Mr Bishop

Ryan.Bishop: Well, allow me to explain.

Ryan.Bishop: Recently, I have been monitored by Internal Affairs.

Ryan.Bishop: I believe I was being followed.

Ryan.Bishop: I had to escape to Rheinland for a time.

Ryan.Bishop: I also have some business there.

Ryan.Bishop: Anyway, I am en route to Liberty as we speak.

Ryan.Bishop: Of course, I am using a separate ship as of now.

Ryan.Bishop: A ship that may further compromise my position here within Liberty.

Ryan.Bishop: So I have to be discreet.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps we can meet, so we can discuss our business together more comfortably.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Hmmm, I'm en route for some interdiction operations near Pueblo, you can meet me in the Colorado system.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I'll be there in 10 minutes. Don't keep me waiting.

Well that's fortuitous, at least he is willing to meet with me again. I remember the last time I met with him and his gang. It almost lead to them following a conversation up with a battle razor to my face. Hopefully it will be a bit more pleasant this time.

Lord Moka #907821-123127 Wrote:PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Welcome Mr Bishop

Ryan.Bishop: Always a pleasure.

Ryan.Bishop: It's a surprise to see you came alone, however I guess your vessel is appropriate for the occasion.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: There is always a back up plan, my friend.

Ryan.Bishop: I have no doubt.

Ryan.Bishop: I have had to resort to asking an operative of mine to assist me in my endeavours.

Ryan.Bishop: I do hope you can empathize for my situation at current.

Ryan.Bishop: It seems, I am a wanted man.

Ryan.Bishop: Although it hasn't been publicly announced just yet.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Well, One hundred heads is a big task to fulfil.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: But on the same token, an enemy of an enemy is a friend, right?

Ryan.Bishop: True.

Ryan.Bishop: I have asked mister Aerelm to assist me.

Ryan.Bishop: Judging from the work he has done for me thus far.

Ryan.Bishop: He seems to be a trust worthy person.

Ryan.Bishop: Of course, I am still awaiting his reply.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Aerelm? I've not heard of this name before

Ryan.Bishop: You will have a chance to meet him, I'm sure.

Ryan.Bishop: I may need to use your station as a hide out, things have occurred that I did not anticipate.

Ryan.Bishop: That's if your willing to allow me such a privilege.

Ryan.Bishop: I know it's not exactly the deal we cut.

Ryan.Bishop: But I can assist you in whatever operations you may have for me.

Ryan.Bishop: Whilst spending any time their.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: So allow me to get this straight;

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: You wanted refuge, you were given a task.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: The task is not complete, yet you still seek refuge.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: It appears you're wasting my time Mr Bishop

Ryan.Bishop: Not Necessarily.

Ryan.Bishop: Rumour has it.

Ryan.Bishop: That your in possession of a Liberty Dreadnought.

Ryan.Bishop: Now, it's none of my business as to how you obtained it.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Such rumours are rumoured to be correct. What have you heard?

Ryan.Bishop: You seem to forget Lord Moka, I am an agent by nature.

Ryan.Bishop: It hasn't gone unheard of.

Ryan.Bishop: And it has been seen.

Ryan.Bishop: Trade Lane Cameras are a delight.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Hmm, alright. Go on.

Ryan.Bishop: Well.

Ryan.Bishop: How would you like a bonus feature for that new toy of yours?

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Depends what this feature is, and what it's going to cost me.

Ryan.Bishop: Well, permanent rights to access your safe house.

Ryan.Bishop: And storage space, so that I may launch operations and conduct research upon said station.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Hmm, and this 'bonus feature'?

Ryan.Bishop: I have a number of things you may be interested in.

Ryan.Bishop: Let's just say, The Liberty Security Force isn't in short supply of blue prints.

Ryan.Bishop: For specific toys.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I can imagine not.

Ryan.Bishop: Ships, Weaponry, Shields.

Ryan.Bishop: Even Jump Drives.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Say that last one again.

Ryan.Bishop: Jump Drives.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Well now, that's got my attention.

Ryan.Bishop: Ah good. So we can agree on something.

Ryan.Bishop: Now Lord Moka, I do not expect you to think for one moment that I won't complete the first task you assigned to me.

Ryan.Bishop: However, Some assistance would be nice.

Ryan.Bishop: I wouldn't want to compromise our future friendship because I was bone idle.

Ryan.Bishop: You will have your heads.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I see, give me a minute.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: (A slight inaudible mumble is heard over the comm's)

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Where are your operations taking place, and will they interfere with Rogue operations?

Ryan.Bishop: They won't interfere with Rogue operations.

Ryan.Bishop: And mainly here within Liberty.

Ryan.Bishop: In fact the majority of my operations will conspire against lawful forces.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm sure that is pleasant news for you.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Anywhere more specific than others? I don't want to base you on the other side of the Empire.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: To where you intend to operate that is.

Ryan.Bishop: Well...

Ryan.Bishop: I operate within Rheinland also. But that is taken care of.

Ryan.Bishop: I may need access to your station in Galileo, as I may have business to attend to in Kusari too.

Ryan.Bishop: Given that is one of the border systems.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Say I put you on a base in New York, would that suit your needs? It's bang smack in the middle of Kusari and Rheinland borders.

Ryan.Bishop: It would, however, I would like access to Padua Station.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I see.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: (More inaudible murmuring is heard)

Ryan.Bishop: One more thing Lord Moka.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: (The murmuring stops)

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Yes?

Ryan.Bishop: If my position here within Liberty is compromised.

Ryan.Bishop: I may need you to bail me out of whatever situation I am in.

Ryan.Bishop: Do you think.

Ryan.Bishop: You have the necessary contacts to brake a person out of let's say..

Ryan.Bishop: A Prison..

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Sugarland Prison Station?

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Or one of those secret types I've heard about?

Ryan.Bishop: I know protocol. They will likely send me to Sugarland before transporting me to Mitchell.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Hmm.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm sure the Lane Hackers will be eager to get me out too.

Ryan.Bishop: So you will have allies along side you in this effort, that's to say if this occurs.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Well, we're good at getting men out of the Laws grasps. If the fuzz don't know we're after a bad LSF pilot, it'll be a piece of cake.

Ryan.Bishop: I don't intend on being apprehended.

Ryan.Bishop: But if worst comes to worse. The Liberty Security Force don't really know about this vessel at current.

Ryan.Bishop: That should buy you some time before they figure out who I am.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I think we can safely say, I can get you out from Sugarland, it's only a holding pen for short termers.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I just need to get a contact on the inside to alert us when shuttles leave.

Ryan.Bishop: Good.

Ryan.Bishop: That's if worse comes to worst of course.

Ryan.Bishop: Also, I have business with Aerelm and another called Pennybrooke.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Am I too expect these people on my base as well?

Ryan.Bishop: If they are with me, you may have to put up with them a short time depending on the situation.

Ryan.Bishop: I will promptly leave Liberty once our business is concluded.

Ryan.Bishop: But I, on the other hand, may return in the future.

Ryan.Bishop: When I say for a short time, I mean ten minutes tops.

Ryan.Bishop: Liberty will search for me every were.

Ryan.Bishop: So I will have no intention of sticking around.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Right, I think we can arrange it.

Ryan.Bishop: Good.

Ryan.Bishop: I have some business to attend to in Rheinland.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: I also need to conclude my mission

Ryan.Bishop: Is it the jump drive you would like then?

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Yes, I want a jump drive that is able to get my Beaut out of danger quick

Ryan.Bishop: Not a problem.

Ryan.Bishop: I will have the blue prints at the ready, when I return from Rheinland.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: For that, you can utilize Padua base at your discretion. But I'll be eager for these prints, don't leave me hanging.

Ryan.Bishop: I have an automated transmission ready too.

Ryan.Bishop: It will alert you of my current whereabouts and situation, that's when I will need you to save my ass, if this occurs of course.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Very well

Ryan.Bishop: Excellent.

Ryan.Bishop: I shall let you go on your way.

Ryan.Bishop: Always a pleasure Lord Moka.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Indeed, I'll be expecting the call, Mr Bishop.

Ryan.Bishop: Take care my friend.

PLR:Ultimate.Anticlimax: Good luck on your mission.

Ryan.Bishop: To you as well.

Well I don't think that could have gone any better. Snatching the Blue prints for the Jump Drive will be easy, I can upload them to my neural net from our main storage archive. Unbelievable really, considering I'm going to all this effort to get an Avenger Class Vessel for Aerelm. But when it comes to ships they're always a pain in the ass.

I suppose I better get back to Rheinland, I'll spend some time on Brandenburg Border Station to get some rest and directions to the Koeln System. Hopefully the bartender can upload the best path to my neural net, then it's easy sailing.

It seems I have had to return to Liberty once again. I have my team of technicians standing by on Ames Research Station, ready to collect the Avenger that the Liberty Navy graciously permitted to myself as a means to improve it. Fact of the matter is, We will be manufacturing a replica Avenger and analysing the vessel's blue prints. I am sure Tommy Taylor, can some how keep the Liberty Navy satisfied by making some improvement's on the vessel. But if not, It doesn't matter, because I will be in Rheinland, away from any stress that befalls me.

aerelm has made great head way in regards to establishing contact with Pennybrooke and he has even offered to assist me with some of my other assignments. Of course, being within the Liberty Security Force has it's perks, monitoring everything mister aerelm does, has some what landed a potential contact for me later on.

I trust that aerelm's contact will have the job done for me in a timely manner. Once the task has been completed, I will be trusted by the Padua Liberty Rogues. I have also taken the liberty of downloading the Jump Drive blue prints that Lord Moka requested of me from the Liberty Security Forces main archive. It wasn't exactly hard, my promotion to Sergeant within the Liberty Security Force granted me access and influence to a number of different databases. This will also put me in a much better position with the Padua Liberty Rogues, allowing me to expand my wings further.

All this back and forth between Rheinland and Liberty is driving me crazy. An operative of mine within the Liberty Security Force has conveyed a message back to me from the directorate. Apparently I will be playing body guard for a group of Ageira technicians that want to venture into Gallia to run some scans on Gallic Trade Lanes and Gallic Jump Gates. Apparently I'm the man for the job. Oh well, I guess I better crack on with it.

=LSF=Champion: Today I will be accompanying you whilst you run scans within Gallia correct?

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Yes, this is the basic mission briefing so far.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: We have all the necessary equipment and are good to go.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Food and drink supplies are loaded, in case we run into any obstacles, that forces us to prolong our stay.

=LSF=Champion: Do you have any reliable contacts nearby within that region?

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: I am hauling all the necessary equipment in my cargo hold.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Shall we begin?

=LSF=Champion: Yes, Let's move out.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Moving out.

=LSF=Champion: As for routes to take.

=LSF=Champion: I wouldn't want to compromise our position at any time

=LSF=Champion: So I will be avoiding the Magellan system.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Lane Hackers are closely monitoring movements through this system. We usually avoid it.

=LSF=Champion: Well with a little bit of luck

=LSF=Champion: We should be fine.

=LSF=Champion: Systems Green so far.

=LSF=Champion: Good.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: These Grizzlies can take quite a punishment and survive.

=LSF=Champion: Well in any case, I would want to avoid the front lines.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Naturally.

=LSF=Champion: If we want this operation to go according to plan.

=LSF=Champion: That would entail, we stay alive.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: You have a peculiar sense of humour, Ryan.

=LSF=Champion: Unfortunately the Liberty Security Force could not provide any more pilots for this..

=LSF=Champion: Everyone is either out in the border worlds doing some digging.

=LSF=Champion: Or pen pushing for a living.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Leaving Liberty space.

=LSF=Champion: I suggest we dock here at Kingston

=LSF=Champion: Whilst I explain our presence here.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Our convoys are frequent in Bretonia. Our presence here is nothing out of ordinary.

=LSF=Champion: Yes, but we will be heading to Gallic space. Bretonia would otherwise advise we return to Liberty in such cases.

=LSF=Champion: Let's move out.

=LSF=Champion: If Intel was right.

=LSF=Champion: There should be a Jump hole through this asteroid field.

=LSF=Champion: That leads directly into Newcastle.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Enabling gravity field stabilizer.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Perfect. Reading ahead.

=LSF=Champion: Scanning.. Scanning..

=LSF=Champion: It seems stable.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Wait

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Form on me. I will enable gravity stabilizer for all of our ships.

=LSF=Champion: Formed..

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Ready to initiate jumping sequence.

=LSF=Champion: Let's move

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Formed.

=LSF=Champion: Our Next destination is the Lancaster Trade Center.

=LSF=Champion: An operative of mine is awaiting me there.

=LSF=Champion: The border worlds anyway.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: We trust LSF knows what they're doing.

=LSF=Champion: Of course. I trust from your anxiousness you are willing to carry on?

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Our convoys rarely go beyond Sigma-19 or Tau-31.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: However, we are the main targets for a terrorist organization called The Lane Hackers.

=LSF=Champion: The Lane Hackers won't be a problem here.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Naturally, what I wanted to say is that their constant attacks taught us vigilance.

=LSF=Champion: There it is. The Lancaster Trade Center.

=LSF=Champion: It seems even Newcastle is under constant threat from the Gallic regime.

=LSF=Champion: We will be in the heart of our own demise very soon gentleman..

=LSF=Champion: Keep your eyes peeled.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mr Hall, switch to passive sensor arrays.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Roger.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: We are going to enter a warzone.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Very well.

=LSF=Champion: We can't shake them, we'll have to fight.

=LSF=Champion: Alright let's move quickly

=LSF=Champion: We won't be able to run scans from this side so it seems.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Scan ahead reveals large construction.

=LSF=Champion: A Gallic Battleship is blocking the way.. Confirmed.

=LSF=Champion: Evasive stances, we'll jump through.

=LSF=Champion: It's our only shot at this.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Breaking formation.

=LSF=Champion: Perfect.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Multiple turrets on the gate.

=LSF=Champion: I'm picking up strange readings in the distance.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Looking for a blind spot. Anthony, any chance?

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: The Lanes seem to have similar communication relay systems as ours.

=LSF=Champion: Mister Hart.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: However, they are very bulky compared to our own.

=LSF=Champion: Mister Hall.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Yes?

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Yes?

=LSF=Champion: We now have a secondary objective.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Scans are not finished.

=LSF=Champion: I am picking up faint energy signals within the distance.

=LSF=Champion: I want to further investigate said readings once we are concluded here.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Lane preliminary scan finished.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Likewise.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Gate preliminary scan finished.

=LSF=Champion: Good good.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Basic analysis and results encryption in progress.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Done.

=LSF=Champion: Roger that.

=LSF=Champion: Form on me.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Preliminary scans of gate and lane performed. Proceeding further.

=LSF=Champion: What is that?

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Scans reveal a vast minefield.

=LSF=Champion: Retrieving manifest.

=LSF=Champion: Upload initiated.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Ship are an unknown class.

=LSF=Champion: Upload finished.

=LSF=Champion: Follow me gentleman

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Forming up.

=LSF=Champion: A Gallic Battleship.

=LSF=Champion: It appears to have data.

=LSF=Champion: Upload initiated. Retrieving manifest.

=LSF=Champion: Upload successfully finished.

=LSF=Champion: I do wonder...

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Only standard ship hull panels and some engine remnants.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: No electronics of worth left intact.

=LSF=Champion: Let's move out gentleman, we have stayed here too long.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Forming up.

=LSF=Champion: Evasive stances are advised upon conclusion of the jump sequence.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Commencing jump.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Commencing jump to Tau-23

=LSF=Champion: Let's move out gentleman

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: I suggest we return through Kusari space. Gallia have surely been made aware of our presence.

=LSF=Champion: Tension is high between Liberty and Kusari.

=LSF=Champion: We would not want to brake the embargo.

=LSF=Champion: And cause yet another war.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: We have no restricted cargo.

=LSF=Champion: The Liberty Security Force, is prohibited from entering Kusari space.

=LSF=Champion: A thing, we hope to rectify soon.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: So shall we head back the way we came?

=LSF=Champion: To Newcastle yes.

=LSF=Champion: We can repair and rest for a time upon arrival of Lancaster Trade Center

=LSF=Champion: Jump initiated.

=LSF=Champion: Status check?

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: No significant damage.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: All systems are at 99.5%

=LSF=Champion: Upon arrival of the Lancaster Trade Center, please dock and ensure you are running at a secure capacity.

=LSF=Champion: We have a long way to go yet.

Traffic control alert: Ageira~Anthony.Hall. has requested to dock

geira~Anthony.Hall.: Too bad that scanning Docking Rings were too dangerous.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Perhaps after inspecting the collected data, we will be able to determine what origin their technology is.

=LSF=Champion: Indeed.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: For that, we will need their parts.

=LSF=Champion: I trust we may be able to assist there.

=LSF=Champion: Providing we have a number of people that can secure the parts.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Manchester, feels almost like home.

=LSF=Champion: I couldn't agree more Mister Hart.

=LSF=Champion: It feels nice to be closer to home.

Ageira~Anthony.Hall.: Is that a modular station I see up ahead?

=LSF=Champion: By god, it is.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: I am getting a friendly reading.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: It's good to know that there is a friendly base in this field.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: I think we can move on though.

=LSF=Champion: Agreed.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Entering Liberty space.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Our destination is Pueblo Station.

=LSF=Champion: Home sweet home.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Pueblo in sight.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mission log: Reached Pueblo Station safely.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: We will transfer the data to our Mainframe.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: And once preliminary processing is done we will contact you to further coordinate our efforts.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Thank you for providing myself and Mister Hall safe passage.

Ageira~Sebastian.Hart.: Mr Ryan, have a safe journey.

=LSF=Champion: Not a problem, it's been a pleasure Mister Hart, Mister Hall.

=LSF=Champion: Safe skies.

The operation was a success, it was a long journey. It kind of feels nice to be back home for a change. It's too bad I'll be heading back to Rheinland tomorrow. At times like these you learn to appreciate what you have always had. Venturing into hostile territory, fighting off nomad incubi and becoming a fugitive in my home is something I never set out to do. Yet I can't just throw away everything I have learned. Mind you, recently I can't help but utter the words "I must find it." Perhaps I am insane after all.

Upon arrival of the New London system I came across a "Rheinlander" named Franziska Kuhn, I was unfamiliar with this particular person, but "it" was all but familiar with me now. I had originally travelled to Bretonia once again to meet with an operative of mine. But when I got there I received news that he had disappeared. None of this made any sense. How can someone just disappear, it wasn't too long ago that he had contacted me, telling me he found something. What was this all about. I'll have to do some digging after I have finalised my studies within Rheinland. There is something really wrong going on here.

Ryan.Bishop: Oh, You have?

Franziska.Kuhn: *She nods* Yep, I have indeed. Some things are -Good- some things are -bad-

Ryan.Bishop: Well, if you wouldn't mind telling me the "bad" I could always try to rectify it.

Franziska.Kuhn: Hmm. I could, but I'm not going to *He smiles*

Ryan.Bishop: Lovely. I do hope I haven't been to much of a nuisance.

Franziska.Kuhn: No, not to us.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps to a certain individual in particular then?

Franziska.Kuhn: Maybe, maybe not *She says trying to be awkward*

Franziska.Kuhn: *A comms channel is opened to Bishop only* The Community knows who you are. We know who you are.

Franziska.Kuhn: The, mindshare, knows who you are, Mister Bishop

Franziska.Kuhn: *Suddenly, the private comms channel Ceases*

Franziska.Kuhn: *She smiles Awkwardly*

Ryan.Bishop: Well it is nice to know I have made quite the impression.

Franziska.Kuhn: Don't mistake our reasoning for kindness

Upon returning back to Liberty, I found that Mister Taylor had successfully processed the blue prints for me. Mister aerelm seemed some what relieved. Now that the easy work was over, it was time to steal the Avenger. Rheinland is my safest bet right now, I will have to notify mister aerelm of the sudden change of plans. I'm sure he will be pleased to get out of Liberty. It seems we will have to arrange to meet Pennybrooke within Rheinland too. This is convenient as I can now experiment on the rare nomad power cell I have within my possession along side Pennybrooke and quite possibly Professor Diogenes Heinlein.

I am feeling uneasy about all of this. I sense that I won't be able to return to Liberty. It won't take them long to click on to what we are doing. I firmly believe that the Liberty Security Force will try to apprehend me at once. I will have to reach my safe house and operate within my Wraith class vessel. This is it now...

I have been trying to contact my operative within Bretonia now for one week. After hearing about his sudden disappearance, I took it upon myself to travel to the Kansas system. I had received Intel from his associate, that this was his last known location. This was rather fortuitous, As a research team wanted to conduct studies into that system. It seemed like an ideal way to make some more money and conduct some research of my own. They insisted on having protection with them, so I hired some Lane Hackers for the job. Some friends so to speak. They where all but familiar with what I was getting up to, well to an extent anyway. It seems my name got around quite fast.

A voice is heard in the background.

Well it looks like it's time to crack on. I'll be recording everything on the way.

Ryan.Bishop: Oh dear god.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: What is it?

Ryan.Bishop: It appears to be a Jump gate of some sort.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Impossible.

Ryan.Bishop: It appears to be Uknown.

Ryan.Bishop: No further information on it so far.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Does it appear to be active at all?

Ryan.Bishop: Running scans.

Great! another Alien Gate. This is surreal, The Gate itself doesn't look to be in the best of conditions. Barely functioning in fact.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Be advised mister Bishop, I am picking up readings from the Artifact within your hold.

Ryan.Bishop: They are faint signals, it appears to be transmitting.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps if I get closer to the gate.

Ryan.Bishop: What... What was that!?

Ryan.Bishop: This gate... It felt like something was blocking the entrance to it...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Readings had shot through the roof upon collision, now they are faint again.

Ryan.Bishop: Interesting...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Shall we deploy our energy field equipment?

Ryan.Bishop: Field Generators now online, are you reading anything?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I am picking up massive readings sir. But nothing visual.

Ryan.Bishop: Can you convey Generator images to my screen please, I'll see if there are any audible traces.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Certainly, Uploading now.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: I don't like this.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: If it's anything in the interest of science you Hackers, never did "like it"

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: It's a bad omen.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (Artifact seems steadily pulsating within close proximity but still very faintly, what it runs from isn't enough)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Hardly anything to worry about. Scanners are clear, the readings must be coming from the Gate itself.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Artifact signals are remaining stable.

Ryan.Bishop: I wonder...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Hmm?

Ryan.Bishop: Maybe the Hacker is right and this is a "Bad Omen"

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Deploying second Field Generator.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Perhaps this will pick up on something.

Ryan.Bishop: I want all the Generators deployed around the perimeter of this gate.

Ryan.Bishop: If there is anything else here, It will surely pick up on it.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the gate remains dormant. how long it had been like that is anyone's guess)

Ryan.Bishop: All Generators deployed.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (field equipment picks odd energy signature still present deep within the structure, it may yet have some juice)

Ryan.Bishop: Two minutes until scans of the perimeter are completed.

Ryan.Bishop: Generator three picked up on an unknown energy signature within the structure.

Ryan.Bishop: Focusing scans closer to the area.

Ryan.Bishop: Generator three and four moving in to the centre of the structure.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Scans suggest the gate may still be active.

Ryan.Bishop: What!?

Ryan.Bishop: Impossible.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Generator five, one, two, maintaining perimeter scans.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (beside clearly visible damage the structure appears to have only two of the larger segments still 'running')

Ryan.Bishop: Mister Bishop, Scans have been completed within the structure, We have found an active segment of the gate.

Ryan.Bishop: Permiter scans are almost finished.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: 90% 95% 100%

Ryan.Bishop: Completed.

Ryan.Bishop: Confirmation on second active segment.

Ryan.Bishop: My god.

Ryan.Bishop: This is remarkable.

Ryan.Bishop: Retrieving Energy Field Equipment.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the inactive segment has glaring hole in place where others are still active despite the damage)

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the smaller segments remain at low power, seemingly a sort of 'standby' mode)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: It seems this can be activated some how.

Ryan.Bishop: Hmm?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: The active segments within the structure can some how be manually activated. A mechanism of some sort.

Ryan.Bishop: A mechanism...

Ryan.Bishop: I wonder...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Artifact signature's have maintained a faint pulse.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Perhaps flying closer to the segments, may provoke it into reacting?

Ryan.Bishop: But I went through the structure before...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: You was obstructed by something sir...

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Perhaps it didn't get a good reading or couldn't recognise it?

Ryan.Bishop: Only one way to find out.

Ryan.Bishop: Moving in to the structure.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the Artifact lights up as the ship reaches the centre, and the gate does as well for a brief moment before fading out)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, I can confirm we had a reaction.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (all segments had lit up except the one with the hole)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Massive Readings....

Ryan.Bishop: Oh?

Ryan.Bishop: They are getting higher sir.

Ryan.Bishop: Dear god.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Holy Sh**

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Alright boys, take up arms.

Ryan.Bishop: Stand down, we are out classed.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Oh my god.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the Artifact increases pulse to high frequency flickering)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, what do we do? Artifact readings are off the scale.

Ryan.Bishop: Remain calm...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Are you insane!?

Ryan.Bishop: We are not dead yet.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Artifact readings suggest a process was initiated of some sort.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: An Uknown low frequency.

Ryan.Bishop: What?

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the massive 'being' seem... unaware or perhaps not paying attention to a small ship sitting at the bottom segment)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I have never seen anything like this.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, scans on the vessels are picking up even larger readings.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (extending a cone of light from the front tip it slowly follows the structure of the gate)

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: That's a damn mother ship! What could be bigger than that?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I am picking up strange signals within the smaller vessel.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: A stimulant of some sort.

Ryan.Bishop: Why have they ignored us?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Maybe the field equipment has veiled us.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (light cone keeps 'scanning' through the gate, slowly approaching the area where the comparatively tiny Rheinland ship hides)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, -it's- getting closer.

Ryan.Bishop: I am aware of that, thank you.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Discretion is advised, perhaps it hasn't identified us yet.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Confirmed, the energy field equipment has veiled us for now, however we have one minute before the effect wears off.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: We should jump now.

Ryan.Bishop: We don't know what's on the other side of this gate.

Ryan.Bishop: Do you think that's logical?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Thirty Seconds....

Ryan.Bishop: What is it doing...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Open Fire!

Ryan.Bishop: No Stop!

K'Hara|Harbinger: (light cone reaches the ship and halts... looks like it 'noticed')

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Stand down men, Mister Bishop's orders.

Ryan.Bishop: We are no longer veiled.

K'Hara|Harbinger: (the 'vessel' lights up... powering up)

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I believe we have been noticed.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, Energy signatures are off the chart, weaponry systems of the mother ship are charging.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We have to jump.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I don't want to die!

Ryan.Bishop: Here goes nothing then...

Ryan.Bishop: Oh dear lord.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Scanners are clear. Thank god.

Ryan.Bishop: What is this place? Is everyone alright?

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We lost two of our men in the Jump sequence.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: One is unconscious.

Ryan.Bishop: Roger that.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I'm picking up heavy radiation here, we must move quickly and find an exit out of here.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: I couldn't agree more.

Ryan.Bishop: Roger that, sweeping the area.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, I am picking up strange signals to the east.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Massive Readings, It looks like a structure.

Ryan.Bishop: Copy that, Changing course.

Ryan.Bishop: What is this!?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: It's active sir.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Why hasn't it hailed us yet?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Perhaps it's abandoned?

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We have to dock, Some of my men are in need medical assistance.

Ryan.Bishop: Dock? Are you mad?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: The Hacker has a point, we need to dock and salvage what supplies we can from here.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Otherwise we will be consumed by the radiation field here.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: It is too overwhelming.

Ryan.Bishop: Fine, Docking on the unknown structure. I never thought I'd be doing this.

Ryan.Bishop: Here goes nothing...

Traffic control alert: Ryan.Bishop has requested to dock

[REDACTED]: You don't even know... your former superiors didn't tell you?

Ryan.Bishop: Tell me what?

[REDACTED]: They had an expedition here. Years ago.

Ryan.Bishop: An expedition here?

Ryan.Bishop: What happened?

[REDACTED]: Snooping around, just like you. Poking and prodding things they don't understand.

[REDACTED]: For reasons lost to them entirely.

[REDACTED]: Convince me you're a different person. Or you can be stuck here until all falls apart.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Maybe they didn't live to tell the story?

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Perhaps you should just comply Mister Bishop.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: It would save us a lot of time and energy.

[REDACTED]: Threaten all you want, my life's work is complete. Has your team completed there's? I Doubt that.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I never thought I would say this. But the Lane Hacker has a point.

Ryan.Bishop: So be it.

Ryan.Bishop: What do you want to know?

[REDACTED]: What is it all for? Your meddling, troublemaking. What's it for?

Ryan.Bishop: To find something.

Ryan.Bishop: An active Artifact to be precise.

Ryan.Bishop: One that was lost within the Toledo incident.

[REDACTED]: Corsairs smuggle and sell them by troves, digging them up from their junkyard planet.

Ryan.Bishop: This one is different.

Ryan.Bishop: It is unique.

Ryan.Bishop: It has a particular purpose.

[REDACTED]: Don't concern yourself with all that, those matters are beyond you.

Ryan.Bishop: I have come too far now to turn back.

Ryan.Bishop: Turning back isn't an option anymore.

Ryan.Bishop: What do you know?

[REDACTED]: Enough to know that you're insane and that your obsession will undo you and your... well, team.

Ryan.Bishop: Then you should already know.

Ryan.Bishop: Nothing you say or do will stop me.

[REDACTED]: Look around, you might be seeing it for the last time. It has served the purpose long ago.

Ryan.Bishop: What was it used for?

[REDACTED]: It was a 'playground'. A research site.

Ryan.Bishop: To what purpose?

[REDACTED]: You could try ask them, but I very much doubt they'll bother answering you.

[REDACTED]: Then you'd learn some questions... are 'irrelevant'. And the answers would only make things
worse.

[REDACTED]: Regardless of what it was it'll be sealed off and set course to collapse.

[REDACTED]: As far as I could figure out - early stages, prototyping. Gates and lane technology.

[REDACTED]: The first tests took place in here.

Ryan.Bishop: These are still active correct?

[REDACTED]: Well the gate isn't there anymore so... wouldn't matter really.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: It looks like we won't be much of a threat now mister Bishop.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: All defence systems are offline.

Ryan.Bishop: Shield generator offline.

[REDACTED]: Chances are becoming slimmer by the minute, are they?

Ryan.Bishop: We need to get out of here.

Ryan.Bishop: Can you assist us?

[REDACTED]: Perhaps. What am I getting in return though?

Ryan.Bishop: What would you like?

[REDACTED]: You'll work for me.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Sir, we have ran out of repairs.

[REDACTED]: Tick-tock...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We won't last very long, we have no choice.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: I don't want to die yet!

Ryan.Bishop: What work?

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Are you mad!?

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: This is not the time or place to have that discussion mister Bishop!

[REDACTED]: The kind fit for your type... You'll join the Order.

[REDACTED]: You will be my eyes and ears...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hackers: You have to do it sir, thirty seconds until hull breach, We need repairs now.

Ryan.Bishop: So be it...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Life support is failing..

[REDACTED]: Follow up...

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hackers: That's bought us a little time.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We are still on thin ice sir.

Ryan.Bishop: Roger that.

[REDACTED]: Don't despair... Consider it a career improvement.

Ryan.Bishop: But why the Order?

[REDACTED]: You'll learn soon enough.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: There More structures ahead.

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: A Buoy of some sort?

Ryan.Bishop: I suppose this is it.

Ryan.Bishop: I hope I can trust you...

Ryan.Bishop: Jumping.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We made it!

Ryan.Bishop: Scientist: Sir, we are in the Pennsylvania system.

[REDACTED]: Surprise-surprise...

[REDACTED]: You will know soon enough. You know all you need to know now.

Ryan.Bishop: What are you going to do now?

[REDACTED]: I will be in contact. Progression is expected.

Ryan.Bishop: Roger that.

Alcatraz Depot #987-32423-325897-B93 Wrote:Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Sir we can take the Jump Hole to Texas from here.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: We should dock on Alcatraz Depot. It's close and we can rearm there.

Ryan.Bishop: Lane Hacker: Go ahead and dock mister Bishop, you have clearance.

Traffic control alert: Ryan.Bishop has requested to dock

After leaving the Unknown system, myself and the team of Scientists and Lane Hackers aboard my ship decided to head for Alcatraz within the California system. The Lane Hackers had an old friend based out on Alcatraz. This old friend of theres managed to restore my ship and facilitated for us until my all the necessary repairs were completed. I spent three days on Alcatraz going over the data I recorded within that system. Only having half a clue of what it's purpose was. I began obsessing over the idea of what could be achieved by using the remnants of the technology left behind within that system. I soon received word that aerelm had finally caught up with RV-PennyBrooke. I agreed to meet them both within the Kepler system.

The Meeting #289762-2785-23875623 Wrote:RV-Pennybrooke: Someone's here...

aerelm: About the only useful thing you do, it seems. Noticing new contacts on scanners.

The Meeting #2897-156356-98 Wrote:aerelm: Bishop. *Nods*

Ryan.Bishop: Well...

Ryan.Bishop: Always a pleasure aerelm.

RV-Pennybrooke: Well. My scanner array is so powerful I have several auxillary reactors to- anyway. Who's this?

aerelm: As I said, deal's a deal.

aerelm: Here's your researcher.

Ryan.Bishop: Indeed.

Ryan.Bishop: Pleasure to meet you. I am Ryan.

Ryan.Bishop: I have some business I wish to speak to you about.

Ryan.Bishop: But not here..

RV-Pennybrooke: Indeed, I'd prefer a place that is not one of the most strongly radioactive clouds in Sirius.

Ryan.Bishop: It seems providing you with that new vessel of yours aerelm has caused quite the chaos.

RV-Pennybrooke: I'm Katherine Pennybrooke. Though no doubt you already know that.

Ryan.Bishop: Indeed.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps we should move to somewhere safe.

Ryan.Bishop: We can talk more comfortably then

RV-Pennybrooke: Hm. A wraith and an avenger. There's quite the story behind this, isn't there?

Ryan.Bishop: aerelm you never did mention what you need that vessel for.

aerelm: Just like the looks is all.

RV-Pennybrooke: Oh yes, we should. Your ships do not seem equipped to handle this degree of radiation.

Ryan.Bishop: It was a no questions asked kind of thing.

Ryan.Bishop: I'll upload a secure channel for us to operate from.

Ryan.Bishop: Shall we move?

aerelm: You take lead. I'll make sure this one doesn't wander off again.

<Jumping to Colorado System>

Ryan.Bishop: Let's move out.

Ryan.Bishop: It is best we avoid the Trade Lanes.

RV-Pennybrooke: Where exactly are we going, now?

Ryan.Bishop: To Rheinland Katherine.

aerelm: Dead-boring cruise then.

aerelm: Could use some Bier.

RV-Pennybrooke: Not so fast, you two.

aerelm: Did your cruise engines brake or what?

RV-Pennybrooke: I got at least a rudimentary explanation of what this "aerelm" character wants of me and why.

RV-Pennybrooke: I still have no idea who you are, Bishop, what it is you want and why.

RV-Pennybrooke: So naturally, I'm not going to just follow you to who-knows-where.

Ryan.Bishop: Answers that are better off coming from me on safe ground.

aerelm: What I want, is some Bier.

aerelm: You've got some on you, so, you mind?

Ryan.Bishop: If we move I will explain along the way.

Ryan.Bishop: You will then know the severity of the situation.

Ryan.Bishop: As you are in danger here.

Ryan.Bishop: As long as you are around me.

RV-Pennybrooke: As much as I appreciate some good Rheinland beer, an explanation of some sort would be nice.

aerelm: Danke, this cruise is gonna be less of a miserable run now.

RV-Pennybrooke: *sighs* Caution against curiosity? Fine. Curiosity does always triumph.

The Meeting #28976785-267412564-98908 Wrote:Ryan.Bishop: I am an ex Liberty Security Officer.

Ryan.Bishop: The problem is.

Ryan.Bishop: I am an ex Liberty Security Officer as of now.

Ryan.Bishop: And I fear Liberty knows what I am up to.

Ryan.Bishop: A couple of months ago I was sent out on operation to the Omicron Minor system.

Ryan.Bishop: We will continue to communicate via this secure channel.

Ryan.Bishop: Strange signals were transmitting within the vicinity of Toledo.

Ryan.Bishop: I found manifests.

Ryan.Bishop: Upon asking my superiors within the LSF of what it was about.

Ryan.Bishop: I got the typical 'Classified' response.

RV-Pennybrooke: Regarding the signals near Toledo, that is?

Ryan.Bishop: Yes.

Ryan.Bishop: I set out to find out what it was all about.

Ryan.Bishop: I found something else too.

Ryan.Bishop: An Artifact.

RV-Pennybrooke: Hm. I've been to Toledo, before and after the cataclysm. Given the surroundings, I'd say strange signals are not unusual.

<Jumping to New York System>

RV-Pennybrooke: If you're planning to head to Rheinland....I'd head to the South Dallas field first, then the Texas hole.

RV-Pennybrooke: Er....Detroit field, that is.

Ryan.Bishop: You go ahead and take point.

RV-Pennybrooke: Pardon the interruption. Please continue.

Ryan.Bishop: The Artifact I had obtained was just as ordinary as the rest.

Ryan.Bishop: Until it started reacting in certain places.

Ryan.Bishop: As if something was communicating with me so to speak.

Ryan.Bishop: Through the Artifact itself.

RV-Pennybrooke: Hm. That's fascinating. I've experienced a similar thing with an artifact I once owned.

Ryan.Bishop: I carried out my work without the LSF's permission, operating under this alias.

Ryan.Bishop: I soon contacted the Lane Hackers to remove all of the tracking devices on the vessel I received for deep covert operations.

Ryan.Bishop: And I came across some interesting things.

Ryan.Bishop: But I had to keep the LSF entertained for a while.

Ryan.Bishop: So I continued working for them.

Ryan.Bishop: I then came across something else that was interesting.

Ryan.Bishop: A Nomad power cell.

Ryan.Bishop: That had ten Artifacts orbiting around it.

Ryan.Bishop: A Plasma link was implemented.

Ryan.Bishop: I still know nothing of its nature.

RV-Pennybrooke: Orbiting around it? Physically? That is something I must see.

RV-Pennybrooke: Brace yourselves...

Ryan.Bishop: I contacted Ravenholm Polytechnic Private College.

Ryan.Bishop: The University Of New Berlin.

Ryan.Bishop: I could not conduct studies into this with the LSF on my back.

Ryan.Bishop: They would simply cease it.

Ryan.Bishop: As this is treason on so many levels.

Ryan.Bishop: I have to be cautious.

RV-Pennybrooke: Really? I'd imagine they'd be highly interested in such things.

Ryan.Bishop: The LSF have been rather...

Ryan.Bishop: Influenced to act otherwise recently.

Ryan.Bishop: This is why I contacted you.

Ryan.Bishop: In the hope that you may help me research into this rare sight.

RV-Pennybrooke: The LSF, refusing to meddle with potentially dangerous alien technology? Most unlike them.

<Jumping to Texas System>

RV-Pennybrooke: Someone's nearby...

Ryan.Bishop: The LSF would gladly research into it.

Ryan.Bishop: I stole this. It was never mine to keep.

Ryan.Bishop: But strange things have been happening within the LSF.

Ryan.Bishop: I can't explain it.

RV-Pennybrooke: Hm, I see. Your position then was not "chief xenoartifact researcher", I presume?

Ryan.Bishop: No. I was but simply a field agent.

Ryan.Bishop: That has always had an interest in things like this.

RV-Pennybrooke: I'm afraid I'm no artifact expert either, though the whole thing sounds fascinating. All I can do is share my experiences.

RV-Pennybrooke: Isn't Chisos magnificient....look at those lava flows...

aerelm: Tell me you're not serious.

Ryan.Bishop: Quite easily distracted aren't you Katherine?.

RV-Pennybrooke: Appreciation of natural beauty keeps a mind sane.

aerelm: And drives the nearby minds insane.

aerelm: You know what, was a bad idea letting you take lead. Form up so we won't have to stop at every wonder of nature.

RV-Pennybrooke: There is nothing like the sight of a lava flow on the night side of a desolate planet.

aerelm: We've all seen this rock a million times, we don't need to be sitting in front of it staring at it to be able to talk about it.

Ryan.Bishop: After explaining the severity of the situation.

Ryan.Bishop: Do you consider it wise to stop by and appreciate the view of Chisos whilst our position here is compromised?

Ryan.Bishop: I am a wanted man Katherine.

RV-Pennybrooke: Our position? In a desolate sector of Texas, never visited by Liberty ships?

Ryan.Bishop: I suppose you're right.

Ryan.Bishop: I am exhausted from being on the run.

Ryan.Bishop: It makes a man paranoid.

RV-Pennybrooke: We lose our humanity when we cannot pause to appreciate something, however small.

<Jumping to Hudson System>

Ryan.Bishop: aerelm what are your intentions when we are concluded here?

aerelm: I'll probably head to Kreuzberg for a drink.

aerelm: Been a while since the last time I dropped by that place.

RV-Pennybrooke: Likewise. I don't visit Junker bases often.

RV-Pennybrooke: Or any bases, for that matter.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm surprised we have got this far with no hostiles around.

RV-Pennybrooke: Hostiles tend not to hang around in distant asteroid fields.

Ryan.Bishop: I can imagine aerelm's new vessel won't be welcome.

Ryan.Bishop: At least now I can blend.

aerelm: It's Rheinland, I won't be welcome old vessel or new.

<Jumping to Hamburg System>

RV-Pennybrooke: By the way.....you want a safe place to talk? I know one. It's not far. Well, not by Sirius-wide standards.

Ryan.Bishop: Hmm?

Ryan.Bishop: Were do you suggest?

RV-Pennybrooke: Heisenberg. A sort of autonomous research station in Koeln. It's a system with little government oversight anyway-

Ryan.Bishop: It sounds fitting.

Ryan.Bishop: Very well. We'll head there.

RV-Pennybrooke: And that station has no particular ties to anyone. It's mostly scientists, and a small handful of....colourful characters.

Ryan.Bishop: Sounds like a new home.

aerelm: Been there. Boring as hell.

RV-Pennybrooke: Boring? Have you seen their-... well. Never mind. You don't seem like one who'd appreciate it.

aerelm: It's okay, not my first time around boring people.

The Meeting #123213-98786-0002231 Wrote:Ryan.Bishop: You have a remarkable out look on life mister aerelm.

RV-Pennybrooke: They have a very decent selection of drinks, at least.

aerelm: Imported junk. Nothing fresh.

aerelm: Your standard on drinks keeps disturbing me more and more.

RV-Pennybrooke: Imported in what sense? Obviously they don't grow their own barley or grapes. It's a space station. What exactly do you expect?

RV-Pennybrooke: If you'd prefer to book a nice Berlin hotel, I don't have a problem with that. But I thought we're supposed to keep under-

RV-Pennybrooke: the radar here.

Ryan.Bishop: I assume you two know each other well?

RV-Pennybrooke: No Ryan, we met not long before we met you.

aerelm: If they're gonna sell me drinks older than my Roc, they may as well put in the effort to age it properly.

aerelm: Shouldn't be hard to do with all the science junk they've got on that place.

Ryan.Bishop: Luxury is a sacrifice you have to pay for true beauty.

RV-Pennybrooke: Good lord, you're cynical. It's a research station, not a Rogue hideout. Their drinks are fine.

aerelm: You obviously have a rather sad definition of "fine".

RV-Pennybrooke: I enjoy the good things as much as anyone. But I'm also pragmatic. I'm used to subsisting on what I can carry along on the RV.

RV-Pennybrooke: Baden-Baden isn't that much further. Would you prefer a million-credit-a-night beach side lodge?

aerelm: On the bright side, Bishop, if you're used to drinkin' that brewed piss they call "Ale" up in Liberty, you won't have any ~

aerelm: problem with whatever drink they send your way on that research station.

Ryan.Bishop: I never did drink Liberty Ale.

Ryan.Bishop: Not after my first experience with the stuff anyway.

Ryan.Bishop: I'm more of a bottle of wine kind of guy.

aerelm: Stay off their scotch then. It does say scotch on the bottle, but god knows what's actually in it.

RV-Pennybrooke: Bottle of wine, eh? I have some fine Burgundy here. 811 vintage.

Ryan.Bishop: Oh, is that an offer?

Ryan.Bishop: Or was you saying that in the interest of self preservation?

RV-Pennybrooke: It was an offer, naturally. Sharing is the natural thing to do with alcoholic beverages.

Ryan.Bishop: Much obliged.

Ryan.Bishop: Thank you.

RV-Pennybrooke: Like I said....

Ryan.Bishop: We can share this once we arrive on the station.

RV-Pennybrooke: Well. Here we are.

aerelm: Huh, they've made improvements.

aerelm: Was more of a wreck than a proper station the last time I dropped by.

Ryan.Bishop: Perhaps they have better drinks too?

aerelm: Highly doubt it.

RV-Pennybrooke: Indeed. It's a rather comfy place. For a non-corporate, non-government base, it's had a lot more money put into it than usual.

aerelm: So, are we gonna actually dock, or are we sitting there looking at that moon now?

RV-Pennybrooke: Ready to moore. I'll see you inside, then.

Traffic control alert: RV-Pennybrooke has requested to dock

Ryan.Bishop: Aye, We should dock.

Traffic control alert: Ryan.Bishop has requested to dock

Traffic control alert: aerelm has requested to dock
