Using the word "addicting" as an adjective is horrible. It sounds and looks like you're using a past tense form of a verb as an adjective in the present tense. It's horrible. For the love of sanity, use addictive.
Addicting sounds present tense to me, so I think that's actually acceptable what Muller said.
Addictive, to me, sounds future tense more than present tense, which would imply he's not currently an addict of the game, which is not the case.
I guess a past tense form of the word would be "addicted"... Though "addicting" would also work. "That game used to be addicting" or "I was addicted to that game", both are past tense I guess, but the first would be an adjective for the game, while the second is an adjective for the person...
Weird, I'm not sure how grammar laws dictate that.
This has been Professor Sterlin with your English lesson for 2 AM.
Adjectives can't be in verbal tenses, no present tense, no past tense, no future tense. But for the record...
Infinitive: to addict
Past simple: addicted, continuous: was addicting.
Present simple: addict, continuous: is addicting.
Future simple: will/is going to addict.
I'm not sure if all of these can be used in the case of this particular word, what I am sure about is that the list is not complete in regards of verbal tenses. And that the word "addictive" is not a verb, but an adjective. (And because of that, 90% of my post is irrelevant, but we are in Flood, aren't we?)

He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.

Terrible. God awful. Just plain distasteful.
Where do I start with this?...
Ok, first, if You're going to try something clever like this, at least make sure what you're saying makes sense, and not just random Offbeat words that don't even Unite into a comprehensible sentence.
Second, you can't make it So obvious as you did, if you want it to be somewhat intelligent and not completely Underwhelming to everyone, then try to Conceal the fact that you hid a secret message in a way that we won't Know, and a few of us will go "oh, that's clever", instead of EVERYONE thinking "wow, this guy tries way too hard for attention".
Lastly, it's a Bad idea to use the word firetruck, even in a sloppily hidden message, actually, it's probably worse, it shows that you Really planned Out hiding the word (but failed horribly at it), and admins don't like that.
Inb4ban.
Oh, and take this post as an example for what I just said.
