If you're an official faction leader and not in this list http://discoverygc.com/forums/showteam.php please post here.
On the other hand, if you're not a faction leader and do post here... TMTC.

The info regarding the USI leader is correct. He is semi-active in the LibGov Chat, but mainly uses the USI forum account instead of his own

Would it be possible to have the faction leaders page be edited to show which factions they run next to the player names, or perhaps a link to the faction introduction?

Great, now is there a way to have it actually say the faction name instead of letting the faction leaders screw around with the member titles, examples below

aerelm - ‌0110000101100101
AlphaWolf215 - Public Relations
Lythrilux - Out of House, Out of Mind
Mr. Altejago - Annoyed turtle

additionally a large portion of the names have no titles what so ever, while I assume that this renaming of the member title is a user end issue I believe it would be a better idea to hard code the titles in

e: Hard code the titles on that particular page

My past experience is that google docs is only good for as long as it is updated, whereas something on the forums themselves have a better chance at being updated regularly

just ask for the docs to be updated and not ask for something new on forums to be created

Let's follow the logic then:

That specific example of a google doc is on the forum + "something on the forums themselves have a better chance at being updated regularly" -> that google doc has "a better chance at being updated regularly".

"Google docs is only good for as long as it is updated" + that google doc is updated -> that google doc is good.
