Thank you for all the submissions a shortlist is being finalised and candidates with positive reception from the mods and admins will be invited for a quick chat within 24 hours (hopefully). Having the potential for 19 different inputs at this stage will hopefully mitigate fears of personal bias.
To everyone who applied to try and help the community a genuine thank you. People on the shortlist have now all had a chat. Sorry it took a little longer than anticipated, some members of the community raised concerns which needed to be factored in. We now have to assemble the resultant views, new Oranges should be announced in 2-3 days if all goes well.
