This looks massively, massively skewed in Liberty's favor. All those LABCs would utterly decimate three Valors, if you somehow got the people to fill them.
If people in Liberty knew how to fly LABCs and get organized the California Assault wouldn't have ended with a 2:1 score ratio for GRN, Colorado Springs getting rekt by players while Limay getting rekt by only spammed spawned NPCs either. If you consider that, LN forces outnumbering GRN forces will just make it fair.
Well as the valors start filling out I will add more ships to both sides, I was at a fight recently with 3 valors vs 5 labcs + others and the LABCs got wiped out.
The current roster is only a draft can be amended to suit peoples needs.

The roster has been tweaked a bit (added / changed slots) and it currently stands as follows:
3 Valors and 3 RNBCs vs. 5 LABCs and 2 Cruisers
2 GBs vs. 2GBs
4 Snubs vs. 4 Snubs
Note: LNS Fury and Cobalt-1 (ONI Defector) will not be taking part in any action as they are props
