This is the list that was used to enter the information into my randomization program. My mistake was in not putting a limit on entries. Your 800 entries were entered as you paid for them. But if you look on the list, someone purchased 15,000 tickets, because of this the odds were in his favor and the program selected him. Sorry, but that is what the original transmission stated, no limit on entries.

I agree, however the mistake was mine. I should have imposed a limit, but in my previous lotteries I had not encountered this type of situation. I can assure you that any lotteries in the future will come with limits.
