I deeply apologize for the delay, it was entirely my fault however I understand that you have been equally busy. That being said, we are ready to receive Core technology including the remaining dossiers of infected personnel. These dossiers are particularly valued as they already protected us from Mr. Vertiga's sinister plans.
As for the Job Board invitation, we have yet to receive a response so far.
During this meeting we will also unveil the intelligence we promised, followed by sufficient proof in a response on this channel. Meeting details such as time or date will be held through this channel.
I'm Curator Leviathan, successor to Endurance, who'm was lost due to an incident involving radiation.
That's the second time this article was sent to me about that refinery. Allow me to give you some context.
The easiest way to begin is to state we made a temporary deal with the devil to send a message to the Order that we dislike being pushed around, and remind them that they aren't the only heavy hitting force in the Omicrons. My predecessor, the Keeper and myself still very much dislike and have no intention of befriending The Core. We've stated so to them, and since that refinery was removed, we've returned to open hostilities, destroying several of their warships when they were found.
Using our own enemy against another simply by providing them the location of an Iridium source The Order was making use of, rather than risking our own ships or people against a force that outnumbers us. A useful strategy.
As for your job board, we've no interest in furthering a conflict with the Crayter Republic, or starting one for that matter, despite their aggressive and militaristic vassal for The Order that they've become. However the board will be reviewed by the rest of the Inner Phalanx and discussed with a more open mind.
Your meeting will be arranged once we have the necessary time to do so. Until then, I bid you farewell.

Pike checking in.
Reporting the arrival of another Order Capital ship in to operational territory. This time, a Geb-class Assault Carrier. The Fedayeen. That makes four. The Oathkeeper, Amenhotep, Razgriz, and now this. We're outnumbered in that class. The Basilisk wing has returned to the fleet after an intimidation session and brief scan of the Carrier vessel. Per our directive and out of respect of allied forces - The Crayterians, we vacated the region once asked, yet that didn't stop the Order from dispatching an Interceptor to pursue Basilisk three.
Requesting an update to standing orders in regards to the high level of hostile warships in the region. It's unknown at this time if more vessels are inbound from the Order, or if this is it. Basilisks are locked and loaded in case of aggression. Standing order of self-defense is still in effect.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: A carrier.
[Schmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Interesting.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Hostile contacts on radar.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Relax.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: If you follow or open fire, we will answer in kindness.
CR|-WO.O`connor: Relax, they are friendly
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We've already spoken to Hunter. Out of respect for the situation and the Crayterians, we've been helping.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Doubtful. They intercepted and engaged our last mission in the area.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: This is callsign Zodiac, Basilisk wing of the Stinging Sixth, holding position, Alpha leader.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Hunter may "trust" you, however 1st Battlegroup shall not. I request that you keep distance.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Your last mission ended in your escorts firing on our forces. We'll guide you out of the cloud due to recent incursions -
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: By infestees.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Lot's of Scorpion-class gunships in the area. So be careful.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: This is not negotiable. Stand off and keep your distance.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Roger Alpha One, we're talking up escort positions around the CV 'Fedayeen'.
[Scmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Roger, Alpha One.
CR|-WO.O`connor: no need for that
[Schmidt]A/)-Basilisk.1: Escorting Fedayeen.
CR|-WO.O`connor: stay on distance freelancers
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: You're right. It isn't negotiable. We're not risking losing more people to another assault. We're going as far as the edge of -
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: The barrier.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Crayterian Military, we cannot abide escort of those wretched traitors. Request them to not pursuit us.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We'll limit ourselves to five clicks.
CR|-Viper.VII: Auxesians, please stand down from the escort.
CR|-Viper.VII: It is not needed.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Wilco. This is Alpha Three, moving out to hold position. Five kilometres around the 'Fedayeen'.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: As you wish, Crayterians.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.1: Alpha One, keeping distance.
Order|CV-Fedayeen: Basisilk, you are being tracked by our gun batteries. Maintain your distance.
CR|-Viper.VII: The escort is not needed. As you can see we have a good enough wing to help with the escort.
[Pike] Order|CV-Fedayeen: Engaging cruise engines... do not follow us.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: Basilisks, regroup and RTB. If this goes to hell, it's on them.
[Schmidt]A/)-Basilisk.1: Roger.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Roger wilco.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: This is Alpha three, we have an interceptor on a closing vector.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: Keep situational readiness - over.
[Pike] A/)-Basilisk.4: We're leaving. Stop loitering.
[Khan]A/)-Basilisk.3: Alpha three here, Overwatch interceptor is on a holding vector on my six o'clock, please advise.
[Khan] A/)-Basilisk.3: On your six, Alpha One and Four.
[Schmidt] A/)-Basilisk.1: Alpha One, position picked.
Pike out.

From the evidence above, you'll notice a clear sign of cooperation with both The Navy and the Crayterians. According to The Order, their presence in The Independent Worlds was supposedly temporary, but as you can see by the arrival of their associates in The Dragons, it is no longer so. Having lost two warships to their operation in The Independent Worlds, as well as an Iridium refinery in The Edge, their integrity is to be questioned. Their focus on matters not involving Nomads have increased, and I don't think I have to tell you that it was our forces who stood against the infectees from Tau-117, and theirs who wasted their time rescuing one person.
Having been betrayed by The Crayterians, I don't exactly have positive thoughts for them, but with their intelligence division 'disappearing' and their new Government essentially becoming a puppet for The Order, I have no doubt that they're a vassal. A staging ground for The Order's attempt at claiming even more territory for their Grand Admiral's personal Empire. First the Omicrons, and now the Independent Worlds. Expect their law to begin extending to this region unless they're dealt with, and dealt with they shall be.
Thank you the intelligence. It is indeed troubling to see the Order not focusing in its primary directive and instead developing a relationship with the government of Liberty. I want to reassure you that we will confront them about these developments.

Interruptor Grant here,
Good day, Admiral Golanski, and Order Overwatch. Today i contact you to bring you the report of the events that transpired a month ago, as per the Professorship's order.
As for what I can recollect from that dreadful day, ill tell you that here. Initially, I was on the run from another Naval patrol and had succesfully lost said patrol, when I stumbled across the Naval officer and this Nomad at the tradelane. They were not yet engaged in combat, so I hung back and started to monitor the situation.
[LN]-Ryan.Dagnino started to threaten the Nomad to leave the area, but it refused to listen. Afterwarwards, the Naval officer engaged the Nomad. The Oceanos vessel that was present, moved along. Then, out of the blue came the primary Hellfire soldier called Jack Harrison. He came right on us, as if he knew exactly where to look and exactly where to do. He immeidately engaged the naval pilot and when Ryan was defeated from the combined fire, the legionnare retreated, leaving the Nomad to annihilate Chief. If this doesnt show that at least this Legionnare, and perhaps others aswell are infested, then I dont know what does. And I dont think anyone wants to see another infected group, now do they?
This was not the first time the Lane Hackers have witnessed suspicious activity from the HF, but this time we were lucky enough to record it sufficiently. As Deceiver Weisen said, we are almost certain that there are several key members are infected already, if not a the majority. Fortunately I barely escaped with my life and carried this valuable data, as the nomad engaged me in the end.
That is all I can remember. If you have any more questions, please do send them my way.
This is the intelligence that was promised and compiled by the very person who witnessed it. Of course, as you can imagine, since then we have questioned the Order's ability to root out suspicious or infectious activity. However I have faith you will be more diligent where the Order has recently proven to be ineffective.
I believe with this final batch of intelligence sharing we have concluded this round of discussions.
Thank you for the information regarding the Legionnaire. Though, it's weird seeing this one in particular acting odd, Jack Harrison was a quiet one yet mildly eccentric. I'll let you know how the investigation will go, if there proves to be any fruitful results. If we find any more information regarding the Order, we'll be sure to send it along.
We may or may not be busy within the next few days though, some matters may be arising. Hopefully it won't delay the inspection, but we'll see.
