Allright? What's wrong there? All I see is the pretty legitimate inRP communication. But, you would like to judge the character?
The write up, my dear Traxit, is the combination of two groups, the Samarran Raiders (2010) and the Commune (2013) for which, lores were written way back before even A/) even appeared on this server. I would say that other groups have similarities with us, but I don't go into that, never because, I don't mind it, really.

Roleplay is extremely childish, everyone in the chat was having a giggle at how ridiculous it was. Especially the part with the translators.

Regards.
You don't seem to understand. The structure, not the lore. The way the post was built and formatted, is strangely the same as Auxesia, who posted their Officialdom request before you did.

What does this mean, they are two completely different factions, Commune write up structure does not look anything like Auxesia's so how does that work?
Everyone has their right to choose their style for role play. How does this specific that you've brought up here, has anything with the Commune going official? Better than cyper, if you'd ask me. Though, if you don't like it, or it is painful for your eyes, you can choose to avoid any interaction.
I don't know I didn't had time to look upon Auxesian write up.
edit: Since, I like to keep it more towards realm, the RP, the encounters (like, I don't whine if we get 1v6 and so on since, realm) I don't see anything strange withnin this interaction. Order and Commune are mortal enemies so, why wouldn't one character attempt to mock another character (in totally legitimate way btw) when he cannot do anything else (the Skywolf was dry because of previous "fight" to call it where one Order| and one Order indie base hugged) and the this 3rd Order indie most likely knew this and was waiting Skywolf near the exit in order to bring him down while Skywolf was freely floating in empty space.
To add up on the funny event. Traxit, "these are not the droids you are looking for". I am personally amused, only you have an apparent heavy problem. And if you say Commune Roleplay is childish, please do some research.
