"Can't wait to see it with you while cuddling in the couch!" Isla said as she smiled, taking a few more bites of her eggs. She nodded at Tricia, agreeing that her cooking was indeed great, her nod being followed up by a warm smile covering her entire face as Tricia walked by Isla, caressing her back.
"Alright love..!" Isla replied, going back to her breakfast as Tricia headed towards the living room. Just a few minutes later Isla was done with her eggs, she took another sip of her coffee before getting up. Grabbing her now empty bowl and plate and placing them in the dishwasher along with her fork, she headed towards the living room.
"Awwww.. We'll watch the movie while laying down? That's so nice!! You didn't have to unfold the couch alone though.. you should've called me to help! Or.. is it automated?" She slowly walked towards the couch, placing her mug in the table in front of it after taking another sip. She sat down on the couch, that by now looked more like a bed, near Tricia and rested her head softly on her shoulder, wrapping her arms around her.
"Your collection of movies is impressive. I keep my own collection on a hard drive back at my apartment, but I don't even have a TV there so if I ever decide to watch one I'd have to do it on the computer which is much less comfy.. It's why I kinda stopped watching movies after I moved out of my apartment at Erie." Isla paused for a few seconds. "The ambience you've made here is also something I'd never achieve back home! The light from outside would -still- find some way of entering the flat."
Isla appreciated all the effort Tricia went through to make sure everything is perfect. She turned her tilted head to look at Tricia, moving one of her hands up to the back of her head and turning it slightly towards her own. She planted a soft kiss on her lips and smiled, blushing lightly.
"Very soon you won't find yourself spending much time in it." She said after they shared a kiss. As she finally scrolled down and turned on the movie she wanted to watch, she softly grabbed Isla by her waist and lied down, "Just lying down here, with you, it makes me so... comfy, I don't really feel like going through this training today, it's just so good." She chuckled. "You're making me lazy, hun."
It was how they spent the next couple of hours - snuggling onto each other, periodically interrupted by coffee or some topics that would randomly pop out of the air as they watched movies. Pictures were changing one after another, from drama to comedy, from detective to a comic movie. At the end of the day, laziness and comfort zone took the best of them and it was decided that it would be better for both of them to conduct the anti-telepathic training once Isla finally moved into Tricia's house.
