Rant: Corsair Raids on Manhattan

Earlier today there was a raid involving Corsairs and order. Me and an LN were happily fighting by west point having a jolly good time...WHEN SUDDENLY! Big (and i mean big) Battleships for order and corsair showed up! And guess what they did? thats right...they interrupted our fraking fight! (i was on outcast char) With no engagement notice either. bad manners if you ask me, and then i herd they fled after i threatened to report.

Corsair capitals, or even Order capitals should not be entering New York. Neither of them have a reason to bring one into Liberty.

Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.

If you've read the rules, you'd know that.
