Trading's already hours of tedious work, you realize.

Edit: Also.

' Wrote:Quick Edit: @Deleno: 34m an hour is actually, in this economy, a decent to good route. Higher than many. You can't go by what FLCompanion says about credits per second and such. You have to fly the route end to end and gauge your time by that. FLCompanion doesn't take into account logjams at the gates, NPC-disrupted lanes, random acts of non-kindness (ie piracy), and a myriad of other things that actually happen ingame

I'm not basing this on FLC. It also doesn't take serverside commodity price changes into account.

I really only use it to get a good idea for places to look for runs, honestly. But yeah, 34 million is fairly poor. And I mean from a lawful perspective. From an unlawful one, it's absolutely terrible.

Unlawful routes might be worth a lot more per unit, folks, but unlawfuls can't fly 5ks. That little bit of extra space makes a huge difference.

ehh Did I offended you? if you don't like idea tell it sucks don't tell I sucks. I knew well that idea will have many haters its a bit controversial but i didn't know it will cause someone will insult just because i invented it.

Quote:I don't know, I am sure that there was a Saying that there shouldn't be a second Barge, maybe bigger than 5k too. But seriously, why do you want to trade even faster? people will just get more stupid than before.
Quote:Easier? That transport will have large hold but agility of brick. Piloting it trough lanes and hundreds of lolpirates will be real pain but will be really profitable. Yeah that would be sort of caps. Battleships are big and well armed but few bombers can easily take it down. All big caps is used to RP not to fight alone. Same with "super transports" . They will be use as i.e.corporations representatives ships. If it was in game i would suggest to dont do powertrading/mining in that ships.
As I said that wouldnt be speeder and better at whole.

I see there is no more sense to discuss it. I see many people is ready to burn my house for it.
btw:Does I need money to get barge or admin agree is everything I need?

34 mil per hour is slightly more than what you get from taking cardamine from Malta to Manhattan in a 5k and not ever getting slowed down by NPCs or players. Just for reference. Seriously, an hour is not what you think it is. If you think you have a route that gets 60 mil per hour, you are wrong. Tell me and I'll show to you that you are wrong. It probably gets 60 mil in two hours like most of the routes people hand me.

Just thought I'd put that out there.

As for getting a barge, it costs 500 million credits and you need to fill out some form related to the SRP one. Check the SRP request pinned threads for details, I don't remember them offhand.

60 million an hour? That'd be awesome, but no. Not nearly that. Somewhere in between the two.

No, it's not only one route. Yes, I've timed them.

Now, back on topic, people. Anyone else takes issue with my trade routes, take it up in PM.

Larger transports, sadly, would probably lead only to further nerfage of the current trade system. However, something between the super transports we have currently and the insane barge would probably be a good thing. Not sure how you'd handle that, though.

How about they would be for Factions only? So all those Company Factions would gain Members and Activity. Would be awesome to have Convoys made of one bigger Ship, a few different Transport and Escorts.

That would work.

At the moment, I have absolutely no motivation to make a corp trader. I've only ever met two corps with RP that you can't generally, and all being in a corp really does is add restrictions at the moment. As such, there's simply no point in joining a corp. Your idea would result in a point.

I like that. I like that a lot.

Quote:Popping up a 6000 cargo ship with less agility than the 5000 cargo ones, and thus more danger, increases the amount of money everyone flying one can get, with ample change to piracy and the threat of destruction, balancing it nicely.

This guy^

How about we give everybody 10 bill cash to save needless threads?
Super transports? I mean what for? Lazy to trade for uber uber useless ship? Thats sad.
You will die anyways.
More credits? What for? Start your faction? Mount cap VIII on your rogue gunboat and look big.
You will die anyways.

Bad idea. IMHO.

Transports are for trading. If you don't like trading stick with fighters. Bigger the transport bigger the challenge.

We all will, thanks for reminding

Hey, what's wrong with starting a faction?

' Wrote:Max cargo of biggest transports counts 5000(Do not includes barge) why not make even bigger cashcows?
I was thinking about super trains with cargo hold from 5000 to 9000. They will cost from 200millions up to 350 millions. They will have agillity of smaller caps (destroyers and battlecruisers). They armnent shall include transport turrets and and in the biggest ones gunboat turrets.

I cant post any models now. I m noob in modelling.

Do you like idea?;)
Hm... I like docking in trade lanes, thank you.

' Wrote:OR. we could just increase prices of all commodities equally.
I like this idea better :D.
