We don't need billions of Outcast clans, Join the RoS if you want an Outcast faction, and stop bringing this back up, basically, the whole community moaned about this, do you really want to piss off so many people by making this?

Just because you have 5 friends doesn't make it a viable faction, theres allot of holes in your story/RP that need working out, you also need to ask yourself does discovery need this faction? because i believe it doesn't, even without BLS (Which has really good RP) there are still 2 outcast faction.


Wheres your diplomacy? wheres your shiplist?


Im sorry it just looks like you've chucked this together because you don't want to work your way up in another faction and want to be the leader the easy way.

I'm sorry ? What ? That is a most selfish attitude. They are here, you are already in the RoS according to
your PM, why do we have to have this new faction ? Join the existing ones ... Or is it one of your members
been removed from the odd faction.
