Antimatter is stored in magnetic fields nowadays (current era). There's nothing to say that in the future, a launch-mechanism developed from current-era railgun technology isn't adapted to launch balls of artificially-created antimatter.
Spitballing an example, a "shell" is loaded from an antimatter-storage magazine into the breach of the gun. The shell consists of a magnetically-encased antimatter charge stored inside a shell. Using rail-gun style magnetism in the barrel of the gun, the "shell" is propelled out of the barrel and at the target.
As the projectile leaves the barrel of the cannon, an internal mechanism in the "shell" turns off the magnetic containment, causing the antimatter inside to come in contact with the matter case, and burning that off, causing the projectile to glow and roil as it heads to it's target.
Pretty much what Chris said - magnetic storage bottles that are the ammo. Technically the bomber SNAC should have ammo just like the missiles, but since we're probably only talking about one or two atoms of anti-matter, and with technological advances, the actual ammo is probably no larger than a small pill bottle today.
Singularity Cannon - well, the Romulans were using artificially created singularities to power their ships, so I don't know why the Nomads can't turn that into a weapon.
As has been said before, it's science fiction. And a game. Suspend reality - and go with the flow.

Yeah but, it's a singularity, you might call it a black hole or whatever, that thing technically should absorb stars, ok, maybe this one only creates a singularity for an instant, but it should be able to blow a battleship in a shot, reality-wise that is.
But, it is a game and all, just saying.

Not much makes sense, an antimatter cannon being the least of the lulz. Keep the snac I say.
Unless we start weeding the garden, it turns into a jungle.

i read this as the ROMANS used artificially created singularities to power their ships,
and then i /facepalmed
Please don't touch the Singularity Cannon. Out of the two I like that one. Now performance-wise they are both the same but I like making tiny black holes. The SNAC I like using too but if a tachyon encased gob of anti-matter doesn't fit then I wouldn't be one to have a fit if it's infocard was changed. But I'd like to get away with continuing useage of Singularity making technology. It's really only a very temporary tiny little speck of a black hole whose event horizon's diameter isn't large enough nor lasts long to swallow ships whole but still does heavy damage to the ship. Anything coming down from the creators of the Nomads is beyond our understanding so how they create those tiny singularities with enough to control to weaponize it safely is beyond explanation. We need our unexplainable so we can go "oooo" and "aaaaa".
To be honest, it's been here so long, who cares? I still call the Wasupu the Stinger and the Titanic the Heavy Tanker. I honestly don't think it matters. If an RP justification is needed, why not just say that it was a miraculous misconception which led the public to believe it was antimatter for a small time during which the name just caught on, while presently true antimatter weaponry is still in development.
[8:32:45 PM] Dusty Lens: Oh no, let me get that. Hello? Oh it's my grandma. She says to be roleplay.
[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.

Did u know that SNAC looks like a missile
when u put graphics on low?

I can live with that
