Had something similar in my mind but with Spatials.
Organise races, fun flights to weird places, getting killed in weird places n stuff.

Obviously no house police/millitary should get too excited about it. Just some gentlemen and

TO the point, perhaps trying for merc/freelancer gunboat association would be better.

I totaly agree with you BUT with Freelancer ID you can only fly few gunboats like Kusari Explorer and something like that.
