It's good that infocards say how Corsairs did it, as it implies how Mollys should hate them.
Also, do you know that infocards are outdated and are now with false information sometimes?
Hone, if you don't know anything about that you can refrain from speaking. I told what 'Mike' told, the leader of Molly Council (that was reformed from [MR], which was after UoG) is probably more capable of providing information on Molly roleplay than you, a guy that hardly knows what they are supposed to do.

Although Elven has a good point about Planetform's PR if the public found out. But then again, we also have a fleet of ships nobody is supposed to know about, so those would work fine for this.
Hmm, maybe a deal to get Molly's off your backs and give them some materials by selling perhaps? You'd be getting more out of it than anyone since:
Molly's will/should stop attacking your people
More money for you
BPA gets to focus on other routes
Though I do agree with Elven about his PR situation, it would hit Planetform hard, may even lose ground to Kishiro that is a startup in the terraforming industry. Though BMM spawned The Molly's and IMG through sheer bad conditions of their employees. Maybe if Planetform got caught doing a deal like this, there is the off chance there is some sympathy for them due to Graves station incident long ago, and wait, do the Bretonian public even know about Cork?

I like the infocard, it really gives the Molly's the good and proper reason to utterly destroy any Corsairs that come in their territory, or beyond.
No I didn't know it was outdated, and wish it could be updated with a 'hotfix' that can be included with the DSUpdate file before .86 (doubtful).
EDIT: Wait... maybe Kishiro could give the Molly's a hand... they're new at the Terraforming industry with the Isehara Terraforming Outpost in Okinawa. Since Kishiro has no influence in Bretonia, or any PR, they have very little to lose compared to Planetform... hmm would also give a new albeit strange RP trade route.
The point of having the planet destroyed is to prevent the Mollies from having a planet because that would be stupid.
Add whatever in-RP reasons you want to justify it.
Let's say the DK terraforming device accidentally triggered by the Mollies is still active, and the planet would just go back to however it is now, no matter what the Mollies throw at it terraforming-wise.

Umm, two factions spring to mind to counter this. The Zoners and soon to be Golden Chrysanthemums, if I hear right they're getting a system and planet in .86.
Yes, but there's a difference.
How do I say this tactfully...?
Bjorn and I led the Mollies. I take after him quite a lot.
The Molly leadership has maintained a rough tradition of attempting to stick closely to vanilla since the UoG fiasco. Cork was marked as destroyed in an effort to return the Mollies to a logical state of being - yes, even after twenty years. Having a planet outside of Dublin would ruin their roleplay and motivations completely.
On the other hand, other factions have not been led by such... purist leaders such as Bjorn (and hopefully myself), and have therefore developed beyond what seem to be rational bounds, thinking not of roleplay in their development, but perhaps more of their ego and what could be done, less than what should be done. It is common that the original game is lost sight of during development.
Additionally, the two factions you mentioned also have a common denominator. Points for guessing it.
